- In this video I will show you the most powerful and updated Tempest build.This duel dagger build focuses on CC,high damage against single target and AOE damage,which I believe is one of the best Tempest builds in Dragon Age Inquisition
Tactic:If facing multiple enemies,use Flask of Frost then detonat as many as you can to cause mass shattering,when a flask ends pop another one right away to keep up the damage output.When facing a boss you can always count on Flask of Fire and Throwing Blade combo.If you need take out one elite enemy just pop Flask of Lightning--Throwing Blade and other skills to strip 50%health off an enemy then follow up a Deadblow

I always prefer blades to a bow for Sera as it suits her style of combat more than ranged. Also I might use this build next time I recruit her
Throwing knife Sera builds are fun. I hope da4 gives each class with 3 specs with all NPCs having different ones like in da2 OR four specializations

That's a really powerful and fun build- good job. If I am being honest, though, I think your making it too complicated. Your big damage dealer is fire flask and spamming throwing blades- it will kill pretty much anything really fast. You should be able to get 20 or 24 blades out per flask, no problem, and since cooldowns are so short, you'll be doing it often. Pair frost flask with twin blades for a self-generated detonator, and one-shot normal enemies. Lightning flask is just, well, OP, so gotta have that. Stealth is great for getting in range and out of trouble, and Evade/Shadow Step is always nice to have for mobility. Flank attack and Death blow are nice but really unneeded, and you can't have everything, so I usually go without them. That leaves one slot for either thousand cuts or the inquisitor ability. But yeah, Tempests rock. Super powerful! Thanks for sharing the video.
Thanks for the comment man.! I thought about it before,since you have to bring 3 flasks,then you have 5 slots left,in order to maximize the damage output,I'd take all the offensive skills ,so Stealth and Evade is not an option for me.Throwing Blades is
pretty weak for multiple targetting, Death Blow is a must in my opinion,it's a free kill without CD,this way you can handle every situation instead of just relying on Fire of Flask
About to do a poison rogue build for the first time. Gonna make equipment focused on healing. Might also run four rogues and do a pirate team run.

Despite the game having the rotten fingers of ELETRONIC ARTS, it is a wonderful game and the developers deserve all the credit for the game. They worked for 7 months under pressure from the corrupt and damned management of this company that was once one of the best and became one of the worst companies in the gaming world. I love this game and I would like to be able to play the DLC's, but to download it from my internet is a shame and SONY PLAYSTATION loves to sell defective games and when the gamer asks for a refund, they don't return it and this no-return policy applies to all the headquarters in the world.

Nice build!. I am playing a DW rogue and was thinking of going the assassin route but I am super tempted to try this now. Btw, I assumed that the hidden blades masterwork was the best one out there for rogues. Is that not the case? Is walking bomb + explode the best combo?
The AOE damage is always better,but hidden blade is solid choice,walking boom really depends on luck,if you're playing a duel wielding rogue,you can have all the three masterworks
You could always do walking bomb in one dagger hidden blades in another and guard for your armor for more survivability

What schematics did you use for the daggers just out of curiousity? and od you think it's better than the base stats you can get out of stone stalker blade?

In the video you say you use Enhanced Amulet of Barrier, but once you get to the gameplay you aren’t getting any barrier from your attacks, are you using a cooldown amulet instead? Would you recommend I use a cooldown amulet instead?
Which if your Dual Wield Tempest builds do you prefer best? This one or the one that uses a Master Amulet of Cooldown

What is the purpose of shadow strike in this build?
Does pc have different damage calculations than console? How u hitting for 40k with deathblow at 6:04? My sera has 70% crit chance, 230% crit damage, and the highest she's hit was 32k from a full draw but that only happens when I apply every damage multiplier in my teams kit.
If you use an ability right after throwing blades, it'd have a huge boost

Do you prefer the extra offensive skills to the toxic cloud / elusive?
Personally I prefer to have Varric Spamming Toxic Cloud and find it’s usually enough.

I just picked this game back up lvl 18 dw tempest rogue. i'm not seeing two different options for upgrades on my abilities...is that a DLC or something? I only have one choice
Yeah, it requires the Trespasser DLC, and connect to the server to activate it for the first time

why your flasks don't use spaces on your ability slots?
They do, with the controller UI, u need to press LT to show the other abilities
