Frankie Bones! I remember when he used to spin at Caffeine.
Transcending. A nice word and for sure. I'm living in the past, the present and the future. Realize.........
Nice Mixing You Did Back In 1990
Fantastic mix.
Brilliant tracks & couldn't agree more.
Lets rent some warehouses around the north. Different town each week, get kids in their cars again.
The time is right.
Loved the days of when he started bringing his own type of breaks in the same sets of the acid house 303 type of underground dance music.. before the term like junglizm was being used frequently by the MC's who weren't very much cop if I am honest with exception to the MC like Joe Peng and MC/DJ ribbz to.. maximum respect to your own type of MC style that just became copied from the later m.i.c people that really really tried to sound ok.. don't mind a bit of MC bocie gee of the Gloucester posse that played with Donavon "bassline" Smith on the fantazia Nye rave in 91-92@ Exeter West point .. wow I'm really really getting old lol peace and love you all ☮️❤️😜😜
AH yes back in the old days with Dj's frankie bones, Doc matin, Berry Weaver and Micheal Cook and dont forget Promoter Deven the mad hatter We bought the tickets on Melrose Str Hollywood with maps how to get to underground party.. never forget those days!
I can't even imagine a party today with this set listing. The intro gives me chills.
my boss told me to look up frankie bones so here i am lol
Cool boss
Quad was best time in my life ,go ed la, I was serving in British army chilled me right out
Bangin set from Frankie 👌🏻
Anyone up for the next time machine leaving to go back to QUADRANT PARK 1990,THAT PLACE WAS SOMETHING SPECIAL. CRAZER.G. 😀
I think when they be playing Latin freestyle music at a rave party during the late-1980s, they be playing the house version of it, sometimes the dub version, or the bonus beats version of it
For just one more night in the Quad🙏
I went to raves where DJ Frankie bones was spinning back in the 90s. Some good times there
This man was a massive staple in the Baltimore rave seen in the early 90s. Saw him countless times at Underground warehouse raves in countless abandoned buildings off 83 north. He would spin Fever at paradox on Thursday nights with Feel-good and Scott Henry. He'd spin Spiritual movement and many other places all around Baltimore.I was fucking 16 in 1990. I got much love for this fucking dude.
feelgood & scott henry @ paradox jfc. having flashbacks to turkey fever every year. had a friend who owned one of the warehouses and paradox was such an epic space. will always love and cherish the memories of dancing my ass off there.
Excellent upload. Easily my favorite Frankie Bones set. This is one of those nights where you get into the rhythm and twelve hours pass like it's five minutes. Good times.
respect frankie Coventry crew reprezentin..
He used to rock the house at Mangled Braintree Barn 🙂 got 4 or 5 tapes from him pre 91
Oh yes he did indeed my brother!
One tape in particular when is says "I'm going to take you on a little trip right now, I'm on a little trip myself so check this out " and then proceeds to drop a banger of a tune which I can't remember the bloody name of! I was 14 at the time and dropping acid most weekends around the Ipswich/colchester area. Great times thanks to Frankie Bones and Purple Ohms 😊
It's like i was there again.
Best knight in my life.

Quality upload! Great sound quality and naturally a great mix by Frankie Bones. :)
I witnessed Frankie spinning at Dr Freeclouds record store couple weeks ago. Just in that small area was a transcending event! KILLER VINYL MIXING!
To Furburto Jr. below, Bones creates his own electronic sound, as well as being a deft mixologist -- and, his signature is a driving, oft spectacular, groove (especially the one we are enjoying currently).
If this is the Frankie bones tape I think it is it is the best mix tape ever imo.. ty very much
Awesome!
You said it mate.
@frankie Bones sometimes i spin old tracks in my sets since i come out of that age when i went party'ing on these sounds and these kids come asking me what was that new track you played ...haha..
This is amazing. I was 10 and saw him live when I was 16.

This set introduced me to Genaside II - Death of the Kamikazee (Pumpin and Jumpin), still one of my favorite grooves to this day.
