In this tutorial we show you how you can enhance your exterior scene with easy-to-follow lighting techniques.
You’ll learn how to efficiently use V-Ray Sun and Sky to create natural lighting. We’ll also explore how you can quickly create different lighting scenarios to improve your workflow. Then we’ll take a look at how we can further improve our lighting by mixing HDRIs with V-Ray Sun. Finally, we’ll switch to a night scene by adding some artificial lights and finish our render with the help of V-Ray Light Mix.

I want to ask how coud you adjust in front view while opening camera scene in frame buffer?

do you plan to add a sky generator on the vray sky ? it s something i hope to see maybe with procedural clouds, or ai generated hdri to complet the current vray sky.
thank you ! question : what about LUT and filmic tonemap are used for these scene ??
The Filmic Tonemap removes overexposed areas by compressing the dynamic range and adding overall contrast, while the LUT is a colour grade pre-set used to achieve a certain look.
how did starry sky do
Can we get the scene for practicing?
for stars that procedural maps that u have created in which object u have applied to glitter up in sky?
Thank you for this overview tutorial.
Putting the HDRI in the Environment (at the usual place of the VRaySky) makes it act as "Global Illumination / indirect lighting" : is there a way to have the HDRI act as DIRECT lighting (not as GI / indirect light) in addition to the VRaySun?
Best regards.
set the vray sun on the position of sun in hdri

did any one manage to recreate the stars in the sky?
Can you share your PC hardware? I'm sorry for this question, no hope for answer, everybody know that this channel never answer for any questions 😂. Just ask and wait for any designer reply.
Hey, Vjay. You can weigh up different configurations with our comparison feature, check out V-Ray Benchmark: benchmark.chaos.com/v5/vray?index=1&ordering=desc&by=max
why u guys talking about only vray??? whare is corona?'🤔🤔
Ehh sorry Chaos but your denoiser is the worst one imo
Why? And which is the best?
@@Jez2008UK Vray comes with three, their one, nvidia's ai one and intels one. I think the intel one works best, especially because it does not require a GPU (no decent gpu in my render nodes). The results of the vray one is just clearly inferior in terms of quality. If you test it you will see.
