- This is the Gallantmon/Dukemon version of "One Vision" by Takayoshi Tanimoto, from the anime Digimon Tamers. I couldn't find a good quality version of this that didn't have ads, so I decided to upload one myself.

The most epic ultimate level evolution in the first three Digimon anime, the fact that it took 3 episodes to finally see Dukemon in action really added to the buildup. WarGreymon and MetalGarurumon just suddenly evolved based on a prophecy and Imperialdramon pretty much just showed up too, so I loved seeing them build up to Dukemon in this way.
Dukemon and Shinegreymon (and Burst Mode) are the only Mega forms I felt like was actually earned
I like how you mentioned most epic transformation but missing the most important part , the literally very first digimon series that Fuse Human and Digimon to reach new Evolution hence the reason why the title of the theme song so meaningful " One Vision "

Omnimon, Alphamon, Magnamon, and Gallantmon are more well known from the anime than anywhere else so no matter how many years pass, they'll always be the OG's of out hearts. :)
not to mention Imperialdramon and its forms Fighter and Paladin Mode.

Gallantmon exudes such power and respect he shows the achievement that Takato earned by working his way up from where he began, My second favorite digimon is actually Guilmon because he has so much to love and is more than just a "Boring dinosaur" English dub or subbed you have to accept the fact that gallantmon is fucking awesome!
The fact that the english dub of this season got rid of such epic music is a fucking crime.

@@goni2493 No. It wasn't copyright. The portuguese and spanish version got everything 100% original, including the openning, only they dubbed it.
What happened was censoring. America back in the day couldn't see anything japanese that they felt like they needed to change it. They got rid of songs, even sound effects (like beeps, school bell, etc.) were changed.
Also they changed some parts of the script and added things that weren't in the original script.
If you want to watch this anime again, don't watch in english xD

In my country, we got an English dub version distributed through VCDs by Singapore. It kept the original Japanese songs and OST, and the English translation was as faithful as possible to the original script. But, it was only available in Malaysia and Singapore if I am not mistaken, and there was no re-release of that version. It's basically lost media at this point.

I like how character voiced by Masako Nozawa once again unlocked new power and form after the death of a friend.
I love how biomerge digivolution was foreshadowed in episode 1 itself: Guilmon addressed Takato as 'Takatomon' , through the end of the series Takato biomerged into a digimon, bringing justice to his 'Takatomon' moniker.

Not to mention Takato getting hurt when Growlmon was hurt by the tigr deva.
I always just assumed that was Guilmon assuming that everyone used the -mon Digimon naming convention.
@@Raximus3000 Takato was always unique, he got hurt when Growlmon and MegaloGrowomon received an attack, he saw Rika and Renamon fight through a sleep, he delivered in a pseldo-hallucinogenic trance state when Gilmon was on the verge of death and could hear to Jeri asking for help when she was inside the D-Reaper, even being on the other side of Japan. Most likely Takato to Kari/Hikari, Taiga and Mameo.

Gallantmon es mi Digimon favorito y su primera aparición se volvio uno de los momentos que mas recuerdo de mi infancia, sobre todo la frase que le dice a Beelzemon junto antes de que los dos empiezen a pelear.

Si esa parte fue epiquisima y me da mucha nostalgia escucharla

+Raximus3000 Well there is a possible reason to why that doesn't happened, Dukemon is a reference to 2 different mythos, one, and the most obvious one because of the name of his weapons, is a reference to Siegfried. The second one is the member of the Knights of the Round table Gawain, for a time know as the perfect knight, before becoming the fallen perfect knight, at his breaking point, when his best friend, Lancelot killed his brother by an accident. ChaosDukemon represent the fallen perfect knight part of Gawain, along to being a reference to Perseus because of his weapons, while Dukemon represent the perfect knight part of Gawain.

I really appreciate that they actually made a fight, and made it so Beelzemon and Gallantmon were basically even, definitely better than Angemon vs Devimon or Omnimon merciful vs that one thing where it was over in one attack
Yeah, Dukemon's power is incredible but the whole fight was basically DBZ-tier with how evenly matched Beelzebumon and Dukemon were. Fitting that Masako Nozawa lends her voice to Dukemon lmao

definitivamente es mejor que adventure, que no quiere decir que sea malo adventure, pero la historia de takato y guilmon es de lo mejor de la franquicia, ademas hace muchos años saber que guilmon tiene la voz de masako nozawa en japones la voz de goku le da un aun mas valor (solo escuchar a dukemon con el timbre de voz de goku en ssj es de lo mejor :D )
Y por mucho es la mejor digimon de Todas por varios puntos entre ellos que la trama es mas adulta.
-Se tratan cosas como la vida y la muerte
-El trauma de Jen(la Tamer de Leomon) Que tubo que ver como su madre moria y ademas es abusada y maltratada por un padre alcholigo y violento. Ademas tuvo que ver a su compañero digimon Morir.
-El hecho de que sea en la unica temproada en la que los digimons Si mueren no Reviven.
-El tema de la sobre-proteccion por parte de la madre de rica y tambien el tema de la adolescencia
-El tema del la ausencia paterna por los padres de Henrry que etsan demasiado ocupados en sus trabajos.
