The company I worked for wanted PMs on a 5,000 lb truck done within an hour. I ignored that and took my time with a PM which was around 2 hours. At the end of the day, my name is on that PM. If I skip over something, such as checking chain stretch, and it breaks resulting in an injury or worse, who are they coming after...me. That's why I go over each truck with a fine tooth comb
Exactly! You should be proud of that! Not many mechanics like you around who actually care about doing the job right. At the end of the day, you’re not just working for a paycheck, this is your career and future.

Excellent video. And ,yes, a "good" pm is over an hour-easy. I remember that Linde has a hydrostatic transmission with a vw engine
The linde 394-03 are a pretty decent truck. Easy to diagnose and easy to operate

We do PM on 1000 H (Hyster) and it takes about 1-2 hours with 2 person, just pray you don't encounter things that need troubleshooting😂
If engin stop warning coming in forklift...what is the main 3 issue ???
Where did you get that foot switch at? Been trying to find that foot switch for a BYD unit for a minute!

The Milwaukee one? Yeah that’s the quarter inch impact driver. Small one
What diagnostic program do you use, and what brands does it work with?
Jaltest material handling software from diesel laptops. It works with all makes and models but the information is limited. It doesn’t give you a ton of info, I mainly use it for pulling codes and erasing codes.
any insite how to ready codes Ona hyundia 25L-7a ?
I use Jaltest to read codes. But you can use pin 7 and pin 8 on the diagnostic cable. Those are the 2 can bus cables

@@jameshead4185 yeah unfortunately for these forklifts you have to invest in some sort of software that at minimum lets you read codes and erase them.
I see I have jpro just need to see how to hook it up with my nexq com adapter to those pins
@@jameshead4185 I see what you’re saying. Can you identify the plug in connector on the unit or no? It’s white and round. It will have 8 pins. In between the engine and the transmission.
