      @@dionnavarrette8104 First month, I practiced an hour everyday. Nowadays, I got a workout routine and do pullups two to three days per week. The remaining days I work on other muscle groups while my back muscles are recovering and growing.

    You are the first really intelligent TEACHER/COACH I have found on the internet. You take things from 0 and gradually work them up. I like your approach thank you. I was wheelchair bound for 5 yrs and the man which helped me walk again is just like you.

    When I was in my early teens, pull ups was no problem for me, now that I'm in my 30s and gain More weight I could hardly do one or two so yes this is a good video to help me get back on track👍🏽

    *They can def be quite intimidating when your starting out, but you will thank yourself in the long run if you persevere, and if you feel yourself fading during the exercise use mental strength techniques. I like to think about things which piss me off while listening to heavy metal and this always works for me.*

    I never heard of the ladder before, I tried and was surprised I could make it to 10 my first time, it absolutely sucked going back down to 1 though.
    I applied this to squats and sit ups, and again was happy to realize that i did 100 of each.

    Awesome content, you might be the only one at CZcams that really teach proper training with out asking for money.     Thank you for this superb video! It is one of the most detailed tutorials I've come across on pull ups. You pointed out the eccentric phase of the pull up and I won't be ignoring that movement anymore.

    Thanks to people like you people like me get motivation to do exersice.
    I'm running for now but as I progress in running I add exercises but lately I'm super interested into calistenics I just purchase the door frame bar so excited to get better and better each day thanks.

    Instead the dip-station I use two chairs with the same heigh so I can do these exercises too. But I put some weights on the chairs so that they won't move when I do the exercise ;)

    I can't seem to do a pronated grip. Every time I do it, my forearms feels like it is getting twisted and it hurts me bad. Supinated and neutral grip I have no problem.
    And thanks for the advice.

      You have got to work on your brachioradialis then. I used to have this problem but reverse curls in the EZ bar and Hammer curls with dumbbels build the strenght necessary to get the job done withouth that pain.

    Very good video. The only thing with the door mounted pull bar is that the bar is very low when you are 6 ft tall. But in these lockdown times, it really is the only thing available.
    Also, the resistance bands can be quite awkward to use - again probably because of my height.

    How long we stay one one stage level.
    Until we reach how many pull up.
    With accessories dips how many pull up we need to done to continue to the next adaptation pull up .
    Yes I agree with most of people is the first tutorial very deep I see on CZcams excellent.
