- As you start customizing forms in a Model-Driven Power App, you’ll quickly realize that there are several types of forms, and they all look and behave a little bit differently. But once you understand the basics, they’re actually pretty easy to work with.
In this hands-on tutorial, I’ll show you the basics of these forms: Main, Quick Create, Quick View and Card. We’ll see how to customize the out-of-the-box table/entity of Account, and then we’ll also see how to work with forms for your own custom table/entity.
If you’re interested in learning more, I’ve partnered with Pluralsight to build out a full 2-hour course about how to get started with model-driven apps in Power Apps: pluralsight.pxf.io/7mVor5

Thanks for this tutorial. It has a lot of good ideas and design choices. Would be grateful if you could go over the last component which as a card and a small gallery for CONTACTS. Its actually a gem because I suppose if you click on the card, the details appear on top. Watching this from half way across the world in Singapore.
Hi @rembautimes8808 in Singapore! 😊 I think maybe this video is what you're looking for? czcams.com/video/lLj1Um-81QU/video.html It works with the gallery control for Contacts, and shows how to then load a details screen for the contact that's clicked. Thanks for watching!
Hi, do we need premium subscription to add forms?
Hi Aditya! 👋 Unless something recently changed with the subscription plans, you shouldn't need Premium in order to work with forms.
Thank you! keep posting!@@TinyTechnicalTutorials
