My thoughts on vertical shin, femoral vs pelvic-driven IR and early ankle eversion. While Diego Castillo, Devin Williams and Fernando Rodney all utilize significant hip internal rotation, they produce their velocity in different ways.

You have the best pitching videos on youtube. I tore my labrum last year and thought I was done pitching. With your videos I learned the right way to throw and my velocity increased, accuracy increased, pitches started moving more all in 4 months.

Any way you could do one of these talking more about ER dominant? Not sure if I should be counter rotating the pelvis or simply thinking about my back leg holding tension back towards second base as an ER dominant guy.
