    Great video, thank you. If a pitcher's belt is at 45 degree at front foot strike, what is the optimal angle that his chest should be at? 40? 30?

    I have a question, Does the lower half De Accelerate after Front Foot Strike?

      No, the hips and pelvis should be accelerating all the way into ball release. After ball release they go into a deceleration pattern but this will naturally occur.
