Cooking in the Wild with Thomas Straker II

Back when we first launched we convinced chef Thomas Straker to head into the wild and cook up a feast. Two years later he is now the king of butter and back at it. To launch our Outdoor Garments for Chefs collection, we sent Tom out fishing to catch a trout and cook it for lunch.

Very well made! The video and the food. Liar though! He said nothing fancy... wild brownie, taters and some of the chunkiest asparagus I've ever seen trimmed up in a way suitable for fine dining. £50 a plate in a half decent restaurant. Very fancy yet simple and delicious. Good job!
