I'm guessing Robert will either go to prison or go on the run when Ryan leaves. Him going to prison would be a good way to get Rob off the show while keeping Aaron, they could just have Aaron visit him off screen. I'm not sure if they'd go with him running away or not. On the one hand he's terrified of going to prison so I think he'd run, but on the other hand, I doubt Aaron would want to stay behind, especially seeing how being apart affected Vic and Adam, and I doubt Danny wants to leave yet. I think Robert going to prison or running away would be a great way to keep his story open ended - if Ryan ever wanted to come back he'd be able to, or in a few years they could get in a different actor (even if I couldn't imagine anyone else playing Robert lol)
I agree. I don't think Aaron would let him run on his own plus it would break his heart not to know where he was. If they send him to jail, they could do off screen visits/letters etc. Also Cain could make sure he was protected, hehe if Aaron asked Cain to. I definitely want them to leave the door open for the character to return. Aaron can't have another love interest die, especially now when he is finally getting life together. Lets all cross our fingers and wish really hard the Emmerdale writers hear us.
@@catherineknight7883 omg I would love Cain looking out for Robert! I guess if they wanted to revisit Aaron's self harming behaviours, killing Robert could be the way to go, but like you said that would be too much like the Jackson storyline. Honestly think their best bet is to just have Robert off screen because he's way too popular a character to get rid of permanently. And I don't think I could watch Aaron get with anyone else after everything those two have been through together
Fake Christ, the writing here. I love Aaron, but his constant moralizing is just ridiculous. Robert acted in the heat of the moment, something Aaron's done countless times (hello Cain) but suddenly it's complete unacceptable and wrong. Way to go ED writers, you've managed to ruin two characters.
I'm gonna miss these two so much 😭😭
Olivia Clark-Davis why I don’t watch it anymore?
@@mattlolo5838 Ryan (Robert) is leaving the show, I believe in October. Not too sure on the timeframe but yeah he's leaving.
Aaron is not leaving, I will miss the duo too though
@@Han-ek5vc 😩😭
Love Robert and Aaron hug
It is nice to see Aaron and Robert talking
1:25 Robert 'the manspreader' Sugden.
with that creep Lee out of the way for now can we have some actual focus on these two who matter please
It's sad the way they started to let him down so quickly
