I greatly appreciate your video showing the clearance you have with using the Toyo 285/70/R18. I have been pondering with upgrading my tires to either 275's or 285's using the OEM stock wheels like yours with NO lift kits installed. Thank you.

Are these equivalent to 33's or 34's?

I like it pretty close to rubbing though.

Your truck still needs a lift! You really should upgrade your suspension system, the truck looks like it's had a tough life! Show it some love ✊

Didn’t you put any leveling kit on front? No rubbing issues? Looks almost perfectly fine to me.

So I can put a 265/70/R18 with no issue of rubbing on my stock 2019 f150 xlt correct

Have you had it in any tricky situations in which you are putting a lot of weight on just one front tire while it is turned? I’m wondering if it still would rub in more extreme situations that you might find off-road.

Oh ya I'm off road every day no rubbing it's great best fit

I can see it being very close turning sharply left or right on a slope. 65 maybe a bit better

Works good on my end even offroad

I ended up putting the new Mickey Thompson Baja Boss A/T 275/70/18 on mine and I have no rubbing even when the wheel is turned and the suspension is compressed. Great tires so far! Not noisy despite having mud outer blocks.

Did you have to differentiate the psi much? And how much did the mpg change? Great video 👍

I have a 2014 f150 supercrew. Put Copper 285 75 18teens on my factory rim's no lift. Looks and works great.

I have a 13 super crew I bought a few months back with 285/74/18 on stock wheels. It has a 2” lift I believe but would like to go back to stock height but worries about rubbing

I have a 2011 f150 with a 2” level and 285 75 18 duratracs with newer factory 18” wheels. Had to pull mud flaps but otherwise no rubbing whatsoever. Been through a hunting season off road in the mountains.

Nice . Even 33x12.5r18 works well on factory rims

@@mac102984 Hey did you end up going back to stock height? If so, did they still fit okay without the 2" lift and no rubbing?

I'm looking at doing the same in putting 285/75/18 Cooper Discoverer AT3 XLT on factory wheels with a small front lift on billstein, do you think they will fit with no rubbing? You don't have any level or lift and the 285 75 18 fit with no rub at all?!

I want the same size but with 1.5 inch wheel spacers. Think that would fit without a level kit?

Where did you get the lug nuts?

  • @smokymountainoutdoorsman1991

Think these would rub on a 2015 silverado with 2.5 inch level and stock wheels?

Do you know how wide your rims are? I got a 2013 fx2 I think the rims are 7.5" wide. Also just brought your likes up to 40.
