    Five tips which helps to consume rice in diabetes reversal 1st is to consume 150gms of cooked rice per day as it contains 45gms of carbohydrates 2nd is to avoid pressure cooker and cook is vessel and drain water after cooking as it contains 15 to 20gms of carbohydrates 3rd is to add double amount of vegetables because vegetables is good source of fibers which reduces absorbtion of sugar 4th is to add protein which digest slowly an helps to slow down sugar absorbtion protein s like tofu and pannier can be added and 5th is to add fats Fats like nuts ,seeds ghee olive oil can be added which slows down absorbtion of carbohydrates all tips helps to keep sugar level normal even after consuming rice consuming rice like this does not raise sugar level sir good knowledge from this video thanks sir we eat rice daily like this sir no other videos

    U can mix ghee, olive oil or sesame oil on cooked rice. We south indians add 2 spoons of ghee or oil over cooked rice before we mix with curry after served in our plate. It will balance fat. Also uncooked oil is good for health.

    Maine lunch shuru korta hun 2 types pakahua sabji se, aur thorasa rice ghee ke saath leta hun fish/chicken/egg ke liya.

    aapka ye tips bahut acha hai.main dekha rice aur soya chunks ki sabji aur dher sara salad khaya. result kaafi acha tha fating 129 aur pp 156. mera hb1c high hai abhi 7.9.but I hope is tips se ye kam ho jayega.once again many many thanks.

    i have rice once a week during lunch only
    100 gms rice + 80 gms paneer palak and 2 boiled eggs.....Post lunch sugar level @ 120

    My sugar level is increasing after taking rice. My sugar level was 2.75 at 7 PM and I was taken my lunch at 3 PM. No breakfast was taken. In lunch 3 roti ( mix atta of 2kg bazra+1 kg chana+1/2 kg marua, + 1/2 makki + 1 kg soyabin.
    Rice after filteeing of mad
    Pl suggest died for me as.......
    My age is 59 yrs

    Regarding rice as you said 150gm, it is per day or per meal, if it is for per day can we divide it in 2 parts and take 1 in lunch and 1 in dinner.

      I cooked 150g of brown rice but couldn't eat at one time eat half for lunch and half at dinner .
