Since it has to be very eye catching and sometimes that’s the selling point. Do you have any suggestions of any websites or apps that we should look at? Or do you work with an interior designer? I think that would be expensive thought but it may be worthy. Thank you

I love designing the homes myself and it’s my favorite part of the business, so I don’t use a designer. Yeah, it's scary to start because there are many moving parts. But you have a big advantage with your father in law as a contractor. You could start from smaller cheaper projects first.
