ABKD (similar to how you pronounce some Spanish letters) is a song about colorism which is still prevalent to modern day Philippines because of how our previous colonizers (Spanish and American occupation) has fed our mind that the darker complexion a person has the more inferior he becomes and that they think highly of themselves as superior races thus colorism is some other form of racism. MAHARANI literally means "Great Queen" while GAYUMA is Tagalog word for "Love Potion" is a song about a dangerous woman
The girl in the MV of "Gayuma" is AJ of the PPop girl group, G22, you should check them out too. I love how most if not all PPop groups collaborate or make special appearance in the MVs of other PPop groups! Lift everyone up in PPop, not just their own group!
