I remember I was taking a long drive avoiding the motorway a year, maybe even 2 years ago now. And I had a video of yours playing through CarPlay on self esteem I believe,,
You had around 40k subscribers, or maybe 20k and I remember thinking..
"Man, these videos are GOOD"
Fast forward 1 year, you pop up on my timeline respectively and I click again because I remember how good this video I watched of you was back then,
900k subscribers. Not only that though, I see so much personal growth has happened for you, really nice to see.
Really nice to see someone living their literal dreams. The transparency of this is great too how you share the full process of doing so.
Got me super excited to really double down on my goals for the year!

- Replace scrolling on social media before going to bed with reading a physical book
- Step out of your comfort zone
- Say 'yes', and worry about the details later
- Every single day has an opportunity
- Cut off people that only know the old version of yourself
- Take online classes (youtube, etc)
- Look at your vision board every day and think 'what am I doing to achieve ___?'
- Go to a library or cafe to get your work done
- Visualize yourself as the things in your vision board throughout the day
- Do not be friends with insecure people
- Stop following trends
- Do what makes YOU feel the best, not what makes others feel the best
- Keep your nails together
- Get the ick at processed and sugary foods
- Begin intermittent fasting
- Workout depending on your energy levels
- High energy = cardio, Low energy = long walk
- Journal every evening
- Reflect on the previous month at the beginning of a new month
- Implement all the things you learn from self-help videos into your daily schedule
- Every single week, do one thing that scares you (schedule!!!)

doom scrolling and getting from point a to point b has always been my biggest struggle! i've recently started putting my phone in a different room, creating a better routine to stick to, and changed my mindset completely. now i WANT to wake up, get out of bed, and do the task because i deserve to live a beautiful life! this is REAL self-care!

I just want to remind everybody that zids and achne are not horrendous, they are perfectly normal and there is nothing wrong with that. Also that if you dont have the option of not eating processed foods, its ok. Its important to not demonize foods, especially when you are strugguling with an eating desorder or a recovery. Intuitive eating is a great alternative. Do the best you can every day💓

When you said the biggest friendship killer is low self-esteem🙌🏼🔥 this is sooooo true! When you’re around people with a lower vibration they bring your vibration down too. this really helped me so much. the past 2 years its been hard feeling like myself. all the things you mentioned, i used to do for myself and have routines and habits. Not having those things makes you forget who you are as a person and not operate out of greatness.
