Heard from a owner the the header on those 350’s get so hot,that they burn through riding parts,You can feel the heat,with Moto boots on,down to the skin.Another thing,hands and feet go numb,because this model has an extreme amount of vibration. Don’t know these things to be true on all of them.One owner in particular,talked about those two issue.
Hey Jay - What adjustments do you make with the Vortex ECU? I have the same set up on my '17 FE 250, just running the default 5's across the board with on map 1. What do you recommend (I exclusively ride below 2k elevation)?
with sparky in possible- Not sure about your state but once you pass once you rarely ever get checked for sound on road-- Off road is very minimal as long as have Sparky insert in the muffler.
Sorry you bummed on it but the goal is show many of the things you can do with a build and maybe someone can only do 1-2 things from the build and gives guys an idea of what they can do.
Don't have an extra 12k lying around but enjoyed the vid. Will have to make due with my WR250F until upgrade day comes

What's the difference between the KTM 350 EXC vs KTM 350 XCF-W ?
did you add a "euro map" or a new tuner to comp for the free'er flowing muffler, if not that thing is probably runing REALLY lean.

Eh, that's it...just add another 3 to 4 thousand and you're good to go. Tired of magazine dream land.

Better off getting classes on how to ride. Not that many "experts" out there riding.
