Just say "pumpkin spice obviously" it's a mix of cinnamon, nutmeg, vanilla, all spice, cloves, ginger, and also you would add salt, sugar, vanilla, and actually alot of people will tell you that black pepper is a great "secret ingredient" to really pack that amazing pumpkin pie to another level. Cumin and even chilli/cayenne!
