Basically the way I was told,
You write MASH at the top, and add a bunch of categories like, pet, wife/husband, money, age till death, job, color, tv show, drink, food, and other stuff, and then you draw a spiral, and counting each line from the top to the bottom is your number, and also how many kids/grandkids/nieces/nephews you have, and you start at H in MASH and go counter clockwise, and if you land on one of the options in a category, you cross it out, and each option in each category left is what you like or what happens to you in the future or something
