Hmmm, I don’t know. When someone pushes a sealed box while wearing dark clothing and gloves I tend to think that the merchandise “fell off the back of a truck.” LOL 😅😅😅

I have the same scooter and it is so much fun. Just a few words of advice that I’ve found having this model for almost a year now, always were protective gear. There is a group of us that ride in nyc and there have been some very bad falls some have walked away some have not. The built in lights suck get additional head lights if ur going to be out at night. I would also buy the heavy duty stem clamp the built in one it’s a bit short and thin. The kickstand should also be upgraded to the longer one this scooter sits very high and will tip over. I would charge the tires to the bigger ones that came in the box to add stability at higher speeds and speaking about stability tighten down the suspension it is very bouncy and at high speeds will make the scooter wobble not a fun time at 30+mph. The back mud flap tends to vibrate and touch the back tire. Mine vibrated completely off. After a few rides ur stem may have a bit of play in it all u have to do is tighten the bolt all the way at the bottom underneath the stem. Forget the bell get a horn no one will hear the bell in time when ur at speed Oh and lastly the 5amp rapid charger is a life saver. Nothing sucks more than wasting time charging. Very important this scooter is not water proof water will get in to the motors and battery casing and rust it out. I hope this helps
