  • This guided releasing and embodiment practice has been inspired by Lester Levenson, David Hawkins, Dale Dwoskin among others, and also by my own experience. This video gives an explanation of how stress and tension builds in the body as well as how we can work with it to let it be welcomed, processed, and let go of. The real essence is to learn to feel deeply and experience what is happening inside of our bodies, but in order to do so we have to do it from the body, not from the mind. In the video, we talk about exactly how to do that. Then there is a guided practice, which you are invited to follow along and at the end, we talk about how we can integrate this technique into our daily life such that we don't accumulate more tension and stress, but rather allow it to be processed as it comes up in our lives.
