Sure, it's a ridiculous breakfast portion, but a competitive eater with a sliver more gumption than I've got could've housed it easily. I can't help but think that whenever Babish does things like waving his crew over to help him eat the omelette, they aren't using language at all. The communication in the Babish household is entirely composed of hand signals.

Ya know, as insane as this sounds on paper, people in Seattle kinda have this already. In the North end of Seattle is a restaurant called Beth's that serves omelets in only 2 sizes: 6 eggs or 12 eggs. I've only had the 6 egg variety but i can confirm they are delicious

You've helped me to actually start cooking regularly and the pasta aglio e olio from chef is my go to meal when I host a dinner party or am very drunk and hungry. Fun fact: It is possible to recreate the effects of the Mississippi Queen:
Easiest: For the hallucinogenic effect, add LSD.
Medium: For the Hangover part of the Mississippi Queen, add Vodka (and a lot).
Hardest: Because they didn't feel the spiciness, yet it was supposed to be spicy, add a pepper that is so hot (hotter than a carolina reaper, which is the hottest pepper in the world) that it burns your taste buds, which means you can't feel the spiciness.
Good luck fully recreating the Mississippi Queen.
