Q: How do you not gain weight?
A: Endurance sports (primarily running, cycling and some resistance training) and extreme discipline & sacrifice with our daily diets is how we manage not to gain weight. We eat mostly vegetables, fruits, some whole grains and low fat dairy on the days outside these videos. The calories consumed in a food challenge or mukbang are the only calories consumed that day and sometimes the day following as well seeing our appetites are typically shot from so much food and the thought of eating is very off-putting. Two days out we are back to large amounts of vegetables and increase to maintenance from there. We also often eat most of our days calories in a smaller eating window (we frequently bounce between intermittent fasting & OMAD diet as it just seems to work with our lifestyles and eating preferences). Anyone with a larger than normal stomach capacity like us, the drive to push through the discomfort of a challenge like this, and a basic understanding of energy balance (calories in vs calories out) can do it with enough disciple and intention (not that we recommend it).
Also worth mentioning is that we do not exercise to burn the calories consumed in a video but rather we are able to consume higher calorie diets due to our participation in endurance activities and said discipline with our daily diets.

A: While we’re sure that type of video will eventually make its way out there, this is not a health and fitness channel and we intend to primarily focus on indulgent food entertainment. We’re still in the very early stages of establishing ourselves within this genre and we’re constantly experimenting and trying to improve upon our style to make our channel a unique experience. Food is our passion while fitness is our discipline so, while we currently only have the availability to produce one quality piece of content a week, fun food-centered videos is where we’ll be focusing our attention (and trust us, it’s more fun for all of us this way). That’s not to say it will never happen, but it’s not a top priority for us.

LOVE this idea!! This brand is fantastic! This may be a good challenge to do with the KETTLE brand chips or any brand that has a large selection of flavors in most grocery stores!
You guys gave me flashbacks when I tried to eat as many of these as possible. The extreme gastrointestinal discomfort was too real. This was a much better idea. There were way more flavors than I could find last year. Great job! ❤

The Wasabi Almonds are my personal favorite. It makes an amazing almond butter sauce for stir frys and spring rolls. But the blueberry is oddly intriguing to me now because of how you guys hyped it up!
Can totally see the Wasabi ones being great for that application! Not something we will buy again for our preferences but it is SO accurate to what it says it is and would recommend it to any wasabi lovers! 😃
We were intrigued yet unsure of the blueberry as well which is why it was such a fun surprise!
Also highly recommend FAGE plain greek yogurt with added blueberry or honey roasted almonds ...delicious combination!

I watched this video just to make sure they picked salt and vinegar...they arent just good, they are extremely addictive. Hands down there best flavor and the best salt and vinegar product ive ever had.

I had the blueberry ones a few weeks ago; different, like a few of them at a time which is a good thing.
You guys definitely make me want to get the chile n' lime. I always get the lightly salted, but I have been on a chile lime kick as of late. Especially the Sun Chips.
You guys have a point with the salt n' vinegar! They are AH-MAZZZZ-ING. I am sad to say that I haven't gotten to try many of the different flavors of almonds, but the few that I have had I really like. I really need to try more. Blueberry is next on my list 🫐. i live off the blueberry and honey roasted ones and the snickerdoodle ones this past winter. how you guys haven’t tried the blueberry already is beyond me they’re so good.

Definitely gotta go Wasabi and Soy flavor myself, but I love Chili Lime flavored things so I gotta try that out with Blue Diamond! smokehouse used to be the standard snack given out when flying.. I think the almond off really needed a sweet bracket vs savory bracket..
Doing the sweet and salty ones in their own sections worked well considering the outcome tho. A very tried and true Good Mythical Morning style here.

Hmm…Interesting. I love Lays Kettle Cooked Salt N Vinegar, but I would never think of buying Almonds with them. I tried these “Flavored Almonds” for the first time a couple weeks ago. I bought the Carolina Reaper. I liked them. I expected them to be a lot more spicy thought. I wonder if I’d like the Salt and Vinegar ones. I’m surprised that “Blueberry” was so high on your list. Wouldn’t expect that flavor with almonds. I love honey roasted peanuts so I’d probably enjoy those. I love wasabi green peas, I think I may like the Wasabi N Soy Sauce variety but you guys kind of scared me away. I think it’s important to ask though, do you guys enjoy wasabi normally? Like on sushi and what not?

You’re mom isn’t wrong than too many nuts can cause some digestive repercussion BUT it takes A LOTA of them to get you to that point (we’ve experienced it all 😆).
As long as you’re not crushing a few pounds of ‘em we can’t imagine there being much to be scared of.

Not trying to be a troll but after trying the sweet Thai chili - I can’t trust any of your rankings. I just bought a little tin of them and they tasted like absolute nothing. Maybe a slight cumulative heat after having like 10 nuts - but they taste like slightly salted almonds - so if you think those are that good : yikes.
My road trip favs are:
1. Salt and vinegar
2. Wasabi Soy
3. Blueberry

Every once in a while the tins go on a 2 for $5 sale at stop and shop which was the case when we purchased these a few months back. So actually quite affordable especially considering how long they’ll last us 👍
