In this week’s episode, we took 10 flavors of Oreo sandwich cookies currently being offered and created a wide variety of mixed & matched versions to find the best cookies ’n creme combo.
Pairing every uniquely flavored creme with the golden, chocolate, and graham flavored wafers, we experienced everything from Mint S’moreos to an Iced Lemon Loaf inspired sandwich cookie we’d encourage anyone to recreate!

Q: How do you not gain weight?
A: Endurance sports (primarily running, cycling and some resistance training) and extreme discipline & sacrifice with our daily diets is how we manage not to gain weight. We eat mostly vegetables, fruits, some whole grains and low fat dairy on the days outside these videos. The calories consumed in a food challenge or mukbang are the only calories consumed that day and sometimes the day following as well seeing our appetites are typically shot from so much food and the thought of eating is very off-putting. Two days out we are back to large amounts of vegetables and increase to maintenance from there. We also often eat most of our days calories in a smaller eating window (we frequently bounce between intermittent fasting & OMAD diet as it just seems to work with our lifestyles and eating preferences). Anyone with a larger than normal stomach capacity like us, the drive to push through the discomfort of a challenge like this, and a basic understanding of energy balance (calories in vs calories out) can do it with enough disciple and intention (not that we recommend it).
Also worth mentioning is that we do not exercise to burn the calories consumed in a video but rather we are able to consume higher calorie diets due to our participation in endurance activities and said discipline with our daily diets.
Q: Can you make a “What I eat in a day” / fitness focused video?
A: While we’re sure that type of video will eventually make its way out there, this is not a health and fitness channel and we intend to primarily focus on indulgent food entertainment. We’re still in the very early stages of establishing ourselves within this genre and we’re constantly experimenting and trying to improve upon our style to make our channel a unique experience. Food is our passion while fitness is our discipline so, while we currently only have the availability to produce one quality piece of content a week, fun food-centered videos is where we’ll be focusing our attention (and trust us, it’s more fun for all of us this way). That’s not to say it will never happen, but it’s not a top priority for us.

This was a good idea and it was good to see the different combos. I go through phases of liking Oreo’s and not being bothered with them. I also think there are too many Oreo foods about. I really only like the Double stuffed ones or the golden ones the different flavours always seem to disappoint me. Much love as always 💝

So really there are HOW many flavors of Oreo? I had no idea! Thanks for opening my eyes to endless treats to come :) But I was surprised at how you ate them. No dunking and no disassembling by eating one side of cookie, then licking out the cream, and then finishing with the second cookie? I realize you had time constraints and were testing the combination of flavors all that, but is that how you really eat Oreos when there's no one filming you? I have to know this! LOL. Yup, the inside out Oreo was good stuff! Fortunately an easily recreatable one if you get the double chocolate Oreo! Then you essentially have a pack of originals left over to share with someone 😁

I have never had lemon oreos because we don't have as many oreos around here and I went gluten free many years ago but I love lemon cookies. I would not have considered them grandma cookies lol

I just tried those Java chip ones a few weeks ago. I don't like coffee at all. I didn't get a coffee flavor out of them at all. But they ended up being one of the best I've tried.
Interesting! They definitely hit that “coffee ice cream” flavor to us which is why we like them so much. We’re not fans of actual coffee but we do enjoy coffee ice cream/coffee snacks.

Maybe mine were off or something. I did buy them from a discount grocery store, and over half of them were put together inside out. But they were still good.

Nope! We can’t work them into our normal lives these days 🤷♂️ those take a lot of time and both physical, mental, and dietary compensation to recover from that was feasible during the pandemic when we were doing them but, with CZcams unfortunately not picking up to offer sustainable income, it is not in the cards to do them often 👍

i like ur channel overall good past time. but i think there could be some more exploration into non desserty stuff mostly u guys do sweets.
We’ve tried over the last year. Recently doing every Snyder’s of Hanover, every Takis, every Philadelphia cream cheese, most expensive fast food items, who has the best fast food burger, who has the best chicken sandwich, every blue Diamond almonds etc. EVERY SINGLE ONE of those videos has our highest dislike ratio of all of our videos and the lowest view duration according to our YT studio analytics. We have continued to integrate the above videos despite that always being the scenario but no matter what, if we want people to actually watch the videos and make any amount of money back on our investment (views don’t matter as much as view duration for that) we’re better off keeping as many sweet videos in the rotation as possible.
We also have huge sweet tooths so we have no problem with that being our niche.
Again, we’ll always have the saltier stuff integrated nowadays but it tends to only work against us lol
