- This past week was an annual event, known as Safari Week, hosted by @AbsolBlogsPokemon ! The goal of the event is to find as many shiny pokemon in the safari zone as possible. The thrill of seeing a shiny in the safari zone, knowing it has the chance to run away, is intense!! I found 5 shiny pokemon this year, with a total of 34,320 encounters!

It's cool you chose to do your safari hunt in the bdsp great marsh. Most of the other youtubers safari hunts I've seen have been in either gen 1, gen 3, or hgss. This is unique and a nice change of pace. Congrats on the finds.
