This movie is great, cus it doesn’t immediately write the guy off as crazy, but he gets told things that only the object he’s talking to would “know”, which makes ppl believe him

Real Power
I like the idea of someone who's able to talk to objects. It reminds me of the Night At The Museum and Dr Dolittle movies, only instead of human shaped statues or animals it's literally everything. To be honest hearing that he couldn't talk to them anymore made me sad.

I'm amazed how quickly this guy can find, watch, understand and write scripts about obscure movies in dozens of different languages every single day.
Actually, there is a whole (small) team for it like for the voice it's Adam, subtitles it's someone else and for the channel managing it's this channel's owner himself.
@@aesta_maya Still quite amazing though. Unless he has the entire United Nations working for him. Even with subtitles and plot summaries, it's incredibly difficult to capture the subtle nuances of different cultures.

I was expecting a twist where the he had had these powers for years and the girl was actually the human version of the umbrella and he awakened the power through the grief of his mother's death. It doesn't really make sense in hindsight but I think it would have been cool.

I see you cover a lot of Chinese movies. X is in Chinese pronounced as very very soft SH in Shanghai (but 80% softer than that) and ZH as J in (jeep), also, E is rarely pronounced as a sound E in "set" but almost always as indefinite article "a".
Also, "i" is never pronounced after SH, CH and ZH.

X is more like a "s", but because it's only used in front of i's that's pronounced as "ee", it's easier to just leave your tongue flat. Also the pronunciation of "c" is better explained with "ts". From a native speaker

It was summer and I was tripping on acid in my kitchen. Vibration of my fridge seemed understandable to me and fridge itself explained that due to heatwave, it had been struggling to keep the temperature low, hence the noise. It apologized to me thought vibrations, too.
