- Unboxing the Xiaomi Redmi Note 11 (global edition), the latest budget friendly smartphone to hit the UK boasting a 50MP camera, respectable gaming chops, long battery life and an AMOLED screen. The global version of this 6.4-inch phone is powered by the Snapdragon 680, which proved speedy enough to keep Xiaomi's MiUI launcher running smoothly. I found gaming on Call of Duty Mobile to be perfectly responsive, with Game Turbo features to help out too.
The Xiaomi Redmi Note 11 may lack the 108MP primary camera sensor of that Pro model, but the 50MP shooter here is okay for everyday snaps. Just avoid low light, and try and keep your subject still!
Battery life is brilliant, while the rest of the specs also impress. Media fans in particular will love the AMOLED display, plus the headphone jack and stereo speaker setup.

Could you please make a comparison video between Redmi Note 11 and its competitors specificallt in the camera department. I'm kinda torn between buying this or the pixel 4 and cameras are the main focus.

For around £200 I think it is a great bundle it's good when a manufacturer does go the extra distance no matter how short.
isn’t the Mi 11 Lite 5G for €300 a better value than Note 11 Pro 5G?
@@_TrueDesire_ sounds good for now but since 5G is not yet fully implemented I am comfortable saving the extra 100 knowing that by the time 5G becomes essential I will have the money to buy a better phone and hell there will probably be way better options.
Love these budget phones packed with all these features.

4:23 the always on display can be "always on" after you go into the developer settings and turn off miui optimisation. Itll still show "display for 10 seconds" in the always on display settings, but it will actually be a fully working always on display now. Hope this helps, cheers!
Thanks. Any idea why they don't make this setting available in the first place? It's one of the nicest things about amoled, and the setting is hidden in dev settings.
I have to have my always on display on my note 20 or i panic wtf is going on i cant see anything lol

Pls dont suggest turning off miui optimisation to anyone, doing that creates many bugs like 3 finger screenshot not working, etc
Hi Stabley, unfortunately I tried to do this while shooting the video and that option isn't in there any more, no idea why - here's hoping they put in a proper fix soon!
Gotta love a phone that isn't disabled by snipping important features such as the jack and SD slot!

from which angle you feel that miui gives you the feel of stock android....by the way its a good phone for preety good price....but the redmi 11pro 4G sucks for its price with Helio G96!!

Looks like a solid choice. Curious to see what Motorola does with this chip. An updated G Power 2020 version I hope.
I'm still quite impressed with the g power series... I'm sure people will have it for years. Its high quality for the price most pay. A rare gift. No NFc which is disappointing. Otherwize a brilliant, dark screen series.

Hello, Loved the review, was wondering if you think the camera on this phone is anywhere near as good as the pixel 6?
Pixel 6 is way better, I've checked out the camera of the simple Note 11 and it's just decent. I'd recommend buying this phone if You need a budget phone for gaming but I won't recommend this for daily photoshoot use.

Is the proximity sensor fixed? On the redmi note 10 it is a major problem, the screen stays on during calls and your ear presses the
