Very informative video. Picked up a CS 607 recently and it had the same problem with the cartridge, bottom section split from the top holder piece and same as yours, the previous owner had attempted glueing the pieces together. Appears to be a manufacturing defect with the original cartridge, which in my case was an Ortofon rebrand for Dual.

Not using CZcams as the venue for discussion. Best advice I can give is to go to VinylEngine, create an account, and look over the owner's manual first - then create a forum post on VinylEngine regarding your specific questions.
