I regret that I have never seen this genius in concert, although I have many of his records. This concert is just superb, and Lisa's voice complements Klaus's music perfectly. I can only add to previous comments, that Klaus Schulze's passing was a sad day for music.

Especialy during this time of sorrow. I lost my husband of 45 years just four month ago.

I believe Schmölling was the melodic genius of TD. He's possibly even better today. Schulze is the wizard of meditative weaves and marathons. Schmölling is like ABBA and Mozart an immediate winner. But it is Schulze I go to, to listen for hours on end.

C'est avec Tangerine Dream que j'ai découvert la musique (pas encore totalement) électronique, dans un petit lieu de Bruxelles, en Belgique, devant un rare publique, n'étant pas encore des stars internationales, vers fin 71/début 72, Schulze n'était plus là depuis un moment. Irrlicht commençait juste à ronronner sur les platines, et certaines substances nous permettaient d'apprivoiser plus rapidement cette nouvelle musique, qui m'a tout de suite "accrochée". Rapidement, le coté "schulzien" de sa création musicale lui a permis de se créer son propre style, ainsi TD et lui on fait parti d'un son essentiel, qui s'affermissait au fil des sorties d'albums pour mon plus grand ravissement!! Ceci a duré de manière continue pour l'ex-batteur et d'apprendre son départ pour l'au-delà m'a attristé quelque peu, car cela a mis un terme à sa discographie! Heureusement, cette dernière continuera à nous (me) passionner pour ce géant, et son œuvre musicale importante et dense. Si dans ton éternel chemin final, il t'arrive de rencontrer les dieux de la musique, je sais qu'ils sauront t'accueillir en leur sein et avec déférence! Donne le bonjour de ma part à Edgar F. si tu le vois sur ta route, vous devez avoir certainement des bons souvenirs à vous remémorer!
Alors là bravo. Je suis un incontournable admirateur de Klaus schulze. J'ai réussi à réunir une bonne centaine de disques du Maître que je pleure comme vous. Sachant qu'il n'y aura plus de suite me désole. Je suis artiste peintre et je ne peux réaliser quand n'écoutent Klaus. Mais l'œuvre est là et restera à jamais, et je pourrais toujours peindre . Vôtre commentaire est superbe . Bravo. Bien cordialement.

I have the whole discography of this genious, even the rare ones. In my opinion "Mirage" was the best record of him ever... coincidence that he is using a Roland JD800, I have two in my studio, for pads... Klaus Schulze and Edgar Froese were genious, both RIP. I started to like electronic music very young, with Tangerine Dream, Krafwerk and this master Klaus... also love Vangelis ( also RIP), Blade Runner was epic...

Coincidência, este músico alemão foi um dos influenciadores da minha longa carreira musical... não sei se já alguma vez ouviste falar do Projecto Azul, eu fui terceiro classificado no 2ndo Concurso de música moderna em 1985 no RRV. O meu nome é João Gargaté... e também sempre fui um fan teu, Ana! Adoro o teu trabalho musical, porque é único dentro do teu estilo e criatividade... Abraço! Klaus Schulze marcou a diferença na música electronica, tal como Prince o fez na Pop... infelizmente both RIPs.

I saw Tangerine Dream in the 80s at Lisbon, Without the genious Peter Baumann... they didnt have any playbacks, cos computers were a bit of science fiction that time... Edgar Froese was the main figure that with his Roland GR guitar synthesizer... it wasnt a great concert but I loved it.
Klaus Schulze does have a live concert for the german tv station ARD... watch it... is amazing, he plays everything live...
