Just saw your comment on my video. Did you replace clutch components? I'm wondering about the nut on the center (with the pressure plate removed) if it has loosened up (which shouldn't be possible with the locking "washer"). Also position of any washers or spacers in there if this has been taken apart and put back together.

Yes, everything is put together as it supose to be, i remove everything the whole basket and found that the axle or mainshaft where basket goes is going in and out the center nut i torque 240Nm i think as manual say

@Bratko101 ok, and you are sure the basket was engaged with the oil pump gear correctly when tightened down? I don't recall if I had any movement in that shaft. Did you notice this before removing the clutch?

@@The.Odyssey yes im sure, i notice right away when i buy the bike but i was sure it was basket but the problem is more difficult im afraid to remove gearbox because i didnt work on gearboxes so i think the problem is inside, is there any plate behind the gearbox cover? I think the mainshaft dont need to have that much play

Thinking a little clearer... the center would be tightened down independent of the basket as the basket always spins when running but the center spins when the bike is moving forward in gear. That being said what we are seeing shouldnt be the shaft moving as that is connected to the center. The basket rides on the bearings and bushings that go over that shaft and in the basket respectively. I believe those bushings go in one way with the notches facing out, but I'm unsure how this would affect it (this is how it's showing in the diagram)

I replace the basket but it has the same problem as the old one, i didnt solve the problem i file some teeth from basket outer and the noise is reduced, play on basket is normal..i drive the bike 15.000km and no problem, maybe a little noise on idle
