You let the car speak for itself. Thank you.
Seeing this Cadillac Sedan DeVille make me emotional. My late step-grandfather had this car back in the day. He, my late grandmother and I traveled many miles in this car and had some great times. I thought this Cadillac was luxurious and he always kept his car clean and smelling good. Great video.
That is a great story. Thanks for sharing!
First Cadillac I had from Avis in Canada/US back in 1991. Many more to follow. Last Sedan de Ville was 2005 and sadly the last model.
Classy color!
I'm saving up for an early 90's Cadillac Deville!
I'll sell you mine for 5500
Nostalgic!😍🥰
I have the nearly same car, mine has the digital dash and "no front plate" bumper, aside from that-- identical. Just turned 100k, religiously maintained.
Ever have any prob with the digital dash? Just looked at a used one and it was out. Heater/AC too.
@@brianstanford-brandt4859 never had an issue with the dash, The heater module has acted weird, I got a new one, then the original came back to life
What other problems have you had with it mechanically as you’ve made it to 100k?
@@youngg9535 when I bought it, it ran like hell. I changed the fuel injectors and it’s been great since. That’s it, no other mechanical issues.

If this was the Sedan Deville for 1985, it would have kicked ass. Reliable 200hp V8, styling wasn't Cadillac's best effort but it still looked the part with the slim tail-lights and huge raised v shaped chrome grill. What they actually built for 1985 was a total dud, 120hp V8 that was a self destructing POS, IMO ugly/derivative styling that looked like a damn Chrysler K car with so many boxy/right angles. Buick had a much more compelling Electra for 1985 with a more powerful/very reliable V6 under the hood. But man the styling/tech changed rather damn quick between 1985 and 1991, this was extremely dated style/technology wise for 1991, but it was very well built IMO.
I had a 1985 Cadillac Sedan DeVille and sold it for $800 dollars. Looking back I wish I could have kept it. I just couldn't afford the repairs. Now I drive a 2013 Honda Fit. I'm so Sad.
