@@BoringPhonger we mean we reconise the injeel as the truth not the bible, but the Qu'ran is the word of God and the correction for the people of the book (christians and jews). The injeel was once true but corrupted and the Qu'ran was the final revelation of Allah(God).
@@retzzi5929 The Quran never states that it corrects the previous revelations. It says that it’s a guardian of the previous scriptures. The Bible is just the Torah and the Gospel compiled. It also has the Zabor and other things.
The Injeel is never stated to be corrupted in the Quran. Even if you were to say it got corrupted after Muhammad we have the historical Dead Sea scrolls from before Muhammad. Surah 10 ayat 94 tells Muhammad that if he’s ever in doubt to ask the people of the previous scriptures. If they were corrupted then that means Allah confirmed a corrupted book and in Surah 5 ayat 68 and ayat 48 it tells us to believe in the Gospel and Torah. Also, I think it’s Surah 18 ayat 22 that literally tells us that the word of God cannot be changed.
The Quran never states that the previous scriptures were changed, but it does tell us that people distorted it with their tongues. That’s not the same as physically distorting the books. The Quran affirms our scriptures many times. And your book tells us that if you disbelieve in the Torah and Gospel you’re a disbeliever.
The reason Muslims say the Bible has been corrupted is because is because the Quran contradicts what the prophets before Muhammad’s time taught and the message of the scripture.

In Tates defence he’s been locked in a Christian country for the past 2 years, everyone around him is non Muslim and he hasn’t had any proper formal Islamic education from a learned scholar, I hope in the future he is able to travel to the Middle East and learn the religion properly, the people saying he converted for clout I don’t see it that way, people accept Islam for different reasons and sometimes it takes time for people to build up sincerity where Allah opens the hearts.
As a revert, people are quick to judge. Its not easy thing to do and not everyone is good at studying, reading and remembering. Its not up to anyone else to say he is fake muslim.

For everyone looking to get actual facts, here you go.
1- Muslims believe Jesus was one of the mightiest messengers of God. but NOT the son of god.
2- We do believe that Jesus was given the holy book Bible(Injeel) by God, but NOT the bible that currently exists, because the original message has been corrupted and changed a lot over time.
3- "Muslims just wrote one more book afterwards"... Actually not. We don't believe that any of the holy books were originally written by anyone. They were revealed by God directly to the messengers of that time.
4- "Christians are right, everything's right, but there's also this part." Nop, not at all. The Quran clearly says that what Christians are doing is wrong, Jesus should not be worshiped. All the books that were revealed to the earlier prophets have been corrupted by their people. Then god says that the Quran is the final message, and then He himself promised that he will never let this be corrupted ever.

God gave an option to corrupt or preserve the books. As far as i know the Gospel/Bible was preserved for many years. But as centuries went by the words were being changed through translation. Translating too much can change something's meaning gradually. 500 years later the bible got corrupted. And Thus Allah sent Muhammed pbuh as the last messanger and Quran as the final book written in Arabic. And Arabic is one of the oldest preserved languages which helped preserve the Quran. @@emilecloete8388
If the word of god cannot be corrupted, as said in the Quran then how is the Bible corrupted if it is the word of god. Also if the Quran tells you to read the Bible and the Bible as said in Galatian 1:8 “But even if we or an angel from heaven should preach a gospel other than the one we preached to you, let him be eternally condemned!”

We eagerly anticipate the second coming of Christ and believe in a lot of what is taught about Christ but most of the teachings of Paul is what Islam opposes. Islam teaches that it is not befitting for God to beget a son like a Greek or Roman deity which is probably where Christian’s adopted this belief from. Islam teaches us that God didn’t allow his beloved servant Jesus to be humiliated on the cross so raised him into the Heavens protecting him from his enemies. And God states “he made it appear as if he was crucified” but he was not. Islam is also strictly against worshipping Prophets/Messengers, statues and images to the point that even the Prophet Muhammad (pbuh) warned Muslims from frequently visiting his grave after his death out of fear Muslims will begin worshipping him. As a revert to Islam myself, I studied the religion for a long time and it’s very straight forward (mostly Old Testament laws). Unfortunately, because there’s almost 2 billion Muslims, the downside to that is it comes with many varying beliefs, opinions and sects but the basic fundamentals of the faith of Islam are undeniably clear.

Jesus is not god nor is he a literal son (countless times in the Bible other people and prophets are referred to as the sons of god which is a linguistic error from Aramaic to Greek and then to English). Nor did he get crucified. He was born of a virgin birth to Mary and he did perform amazing miracles as did many prophets. He came with the same continuous message as all the prior messengers and that was pure monotheism , the same concept which Abraham was disseminating.
Those whom have given him dawah ( calling to the faith) need to reach out to him and organize a solid 1 on 1 for a decent amount of time to straighten out the matters of Islamic creed. And give him the correct tools to properly give dawah himself granted he is a public figure. Him being hesitant on negating the idea of Jesus being “god” according to Islamic faith is a major red flag, not even red flag it is absolutely negated Islamically. Islam is truthfully, the only monotheistic faith that exists. To even associate a prophet like Jesus to god can put a person outside the folds of islam and Have a person leave islam all together.

The bible is full of contradictions, this is why it can never be the full God's word.

Ultimately it doesn't matter what you or Muslims think. Christians have had an encounter with Christ and is why we attest to His divine nature and as Saviour. My advice to you would be to investigate what the bible says about who Christ is and the notion of all mankind needing a Saviour to spend eternity with the Heavenly Father. We only have this life to get it right. If the bible is right (which it is) then just imagine the scene when you stand before Jesus on judgement day and He asks you why you didn't believe in Him.
