- What an epic adventure we experienced! We went out on a "SOLO MISSION" Steering the boat, positioning correctly, drifting over the right spot and trying to catch fish isn't an easy task. But we were persistent and managed to land a Wahoo on the Slow Pitch Jigging gear!

Thank you for watching! - Sport
You did an amazing job, dealing with that current off Miami is challenging. You really have top notch gear as well.
Nice day ! I love using JYG jiggs
Thanks for your support!
Fantastic video of varied jigging styles and a Treasure of a WAHOO to boot. WOW, I'm very impressed.
Thank you so much 🙌

Great catch & dinner indeed! I like to prepare ceviche with my wahoo!!!
Good stuff! Congratulations
Thank you !
Wow what a nice set up and nice wahoo bro. Nice catch!
Awesome video! I just got into SPJ fishing last year, and have had great success using a variety of JYG jigs off West Central Fla., fishing the Middlegrounds. Gag, Red and Scamp grouper, AJ’s, mangrove, vermillion and Lane snapper, triggerfish, porgy, and Bonita so far! Looking to add Kingfish, tuna and Mahi to the list very shortly as the water temps rise!
And I just subscribed too! Looking at catching up on your videos. Thanks for some great gear!
That’s awesome! Welcome to the SPJ community and good luck!
Nice fishing! Get some !
Nice video Jorge! Buenísimo 💪🏻
Muchas gracias!!
Love me some JYG fishing; well done my man. Big fan of the JYG jigs, use them in Alaska on rockfish, halibut and lingcod. Great products!
That’s awesome! Thank you for your support
It's cool 👍
Buen Provecho!!! 🍣🎣
Muchas gracias por el apoyo!
nice 🤩🤩🤩
Thanks 🤗
Love that jig holder bag. Where can I get one?
I have a left hand reel and a acid wrapped rod that’s also going to the left dos that matter or should I return the reel?
Hi sir, did you let the boat drift while you jigging or you have a remote control on your hand? I have a 24ft fibreglass boat and planning to go solo jig soon.
I'd fish with you!
What jig was that for wahoo?
Yeahhhhh
Gracias bro!
What size swivel is 50lb enough or go to 80lb?
80lb
@@jygprofishing thank you! I realized they’re so small I feel scared because here in Florida up to 65lb kingfish and barracudas and they fight extremely hard sometimes

What electric reel is that?
It’s a Ecooda 2001
I use a jigging rod for casting. It's unfortunate they don't make proper conventional casting rods
We have some options available on our website
@@jygprofishing I should have given more details. im using a rather large low profile/baitcaster. I've tried using the rods made for fresh water but the tips can't handle the load weight and stress from saltwater set ups. The only 2 options I'm finding is jigging rods and surf rods. There's no in-between. Both types have advantages and disadvantages. I suppose anyone reading this is from a different region, is there a product available that we just don't have? North west Florida here
I suppose your only option will be building a custom rod for the application you want. You can use a SPJ blank just build it for your application
@@jygprofishing I fish a lot probably not as much as yall but is a lot lol. I'm sure yall understand exactly where I'm coming from with this? I'm surprised even in a different location there's no such thing.
Could you Take along one more angler??? Seems like a waste of resources having fun alone .
Haha true, we usually fish in group. This was just a bit of fun!
I find it more enjoyable solo, no one to whinge about everything
Quit
