@@hrishikeshanak498 I'm just another fellow beginner, but i can tell you that a years ago i was 100 pounds heavier and i couldn't even do one push-up at all before feeling my body was giving up on me. Now a year later i can do a lot more push-ups crunches running and a lot of lifting. Don't know if this will help you specifically but i would suggest you try some more beginner tactics, and look up some good eccentric exercise routines, This channel has a lot of great videos in that regard. Also don't shy away from some light free weight lifting exercise like some dumbbell curls or kettle bell swings. I hope that gives you some base to start off, and good luck on your journey. My motto lately has been, "its not about perfection its about progress!"

i think strict form muscle-ups (no kip or leg kick) are probably the one of the most satisfying in terms of intermediate skills. most people you see have to use excessive momentum, flail their legs or use one arm more than the other to get over the bar but once you've worked patiently enough to build that explosive strength, knocking out several sets of 4-5 reps with controlled form is a pleasing way to see your hard work manifest before you move on to much harder skills

    Great Video! 👍
For me, the Tuck Planche Push Up is way harder than the Pike Push Up. I am close to the HSPU now, but I feel, like I am nowhere near of being able to do Tuck Planche Push Ups. My main problems are not enough straight arm pushing strength and also it's really uncomfortable for the wrists.

Favourite outdoor exercise? Incline bench dumbbell curls. I never go out to a park without my good old bench and set of weights ;)
