I just rinsed with hot tap water, swabbed the hole with qtip, wiped the oil from inside, works great now - thanks!

my diffuser turns on for like 3 seconds then turns off after 3 beeps, left it to dry for days and cleaned with half vinger and water like the instructors said it still keeps doing it

Hi cal - try using isopropyl alcohol 91% if you can. It will help degunk your diffuser better than vinegar and water.

I just purchased the black one you have there but it’s incredibly weak. I don’t know if my senses are fatigued but I’m using up to 20 drops of NOW oils and still cannot smell a thing if more than a few feet away. It’s brand new so really disappointed.

Thanks for reaching out, Rebekah-Mae! What diffuser are you currently having issues with? Have you cleaned your diffuser with isopropyl alcohol recently? If the diffuser has not been cleaned recently I would start there. If you can see oil residue building up - try using alcohol on a cotton swab to rub clean.

Hi Evie, sorry to hear about your diffuser troubles, how frustrating! Have you tried filling the diffuser a bit under the fill line instead of up to it? Double checking that the pieces are all fitting together completely? If so, does the bubbling & leaking still occur? Also, does the mist come out still or does it only bubble and leak without misting as it should? Thanks so much!

Hi, thanks for asking! Have you thoroughly inspected the diffuser for any cracks or breakage? If there are no signs of damage - Does this issue occur only when the diffuser is filled all of the way to the fill line, or at any fill level?
If there are signs of damage, I would suggest to check to see if the manufacturer offers any warranty or replacements and contact them directly.

@@queenislandtwist6904 I'm wondering if the water may be overflowing somehow? I would suggest contacting the manufacturer even if you see no obvious signs of cracking - it shouldn't be overflowing if not filled over the fill line. It may be a faulty diffuser, especially if it's still new. I'm not sure what brand of diffuser you have currently - but for the future, I know Greenair is pretty painless to work with when it comes to replacements. I hope this helps!

Hi Nichola! What diffuser do you have? It sounds like it may be an issue or malfunction with the base. If your diffuser came from Kokokahn, it comes with a one-year warranty through the manufacturer (GreenAir). To contact GreenAir - Email customerservice@newgreenair.com & they should be able to replace your diffuser if under warranty.
If you did NOT purchase from us, I would suggest contacting the manufacturer of the diffuser to see what they are able to do.
