Really nice to see you working on a young horse. I got a 4yo a few months ago and sometimes feel we are very behind, but you give me hope! And hearing your thought process was really interesting. Hope you are fully recovered quickly!
Get well soon :) Its really interesting to see others work with green horses. Sometimes is frustating to work with them but your advise to just let them run and work on getting calmer later is actually helping to stay focused and not get to frustrated :D
This is terrible.. this horse is not exited at all and is not liking this obstacles. Is running away from them, is not learning but just trying to jump the pressure. You absolutely have a good balance but this doesn't mean that your horse have to pass through this stressful experience because you need to have fun or views.
You can have your opinion but you are ridiculous😂 Human or horse, a new situation can definitely be stressful. That is why you grow from exercise. Next time it's better and soon it's routine. I'm not worried and you do not have to be😁
@@riderhugosson I agree with the previous comment. The learning process of the horse should not be stressing. The horse can't choose what you are doing, but you can. I think you are following an old fashion methods, and nowadays there is lot of new, better methods available. I would let the horse do free jumping, just relaxed way, and only 1-2 times per training, so thar the horses is not forced abd stays relaxed abd finds it fun. Abd if you jump while being on saddle, I think also repeating the jump only 1-2 times per training at the beginning. When the those gets used to it and don't gets stressed, you can do more Jumps per training. But you have to be patients and do the prosess slowly. I know, its for you too slow, but it's better for the horse. It unfortunately looks stressed in this video, and I know it's not Ur intention, bit please think again, maybe a more calmer method would be better in long-term for your horse and you. I think if he horse feels that it's not forced to learn, that it can instead choose the tempo of learning and how fast the horse finds jumping comfortable, it creates a confident and secure jumping horse. Everything starts from the well made basics:) I hope you understand my point and get interested of teaching your horse to trust you. I think the horse trust you, if you don't give him too quickly too difficult tasks that makes him stressed. Stress or fear is never a good factor in learning processes.💜 All the good things takes time:) All the best, greetings horse girl :)
So sorry you were sick. Hope you don’t have any lingering effects. Interesting to see you train your new horse. Do you do other work before jumping right off? Just curious. Take care.
Nice video :D may I ask how often you work the youngsters? Im just curious because Im always affraid to let them jump too much when theyre young, for the growth of their bones and such - like where is a good point to say: this is enough? Just curious
This is an impossible question to answer. It depends on so much, age, type, mentality and more. So my tip is to get help from someone who can understand your situation and has a lot / long experience :)
Were you sick??? I just recovered from covid. It was awful. I hope you're all better now. Being sick is no fun. I was in bed for 2 weeks. But I had my two Zwergpinchers and 5 kitties for company!
Haha horses at winter always special :D "Sune" (?) first horse rly got great potential tbh im sure we gonna see him often on tournaments *__* Whats the Music at around 2:00min? Sounds rly rly cool.
maybey by the 2e horse you kan hold your hands a litle bit down at the saddle so you maybey get a better balace that shoult my trainer said! by the way i love tho see the next vid. 😃
Your seat is one we all can strive for 🤩 loved the squeels of the horse having fun 🤣❤
Thank you😃
Well done! Love how you stay soft and just ignore their silliness! Fun to watch!
Thank you Eva🙏

They need varying environmental training and less riding training. that is my opinion.🙂 Thank you🙏
@@riderhugosson thanks! Definitely something I'm working on with my 4yo!
It's nice that you realize that the horse is just having fun at his new job! Hopefully, it will always be fun for him.
We do our best :)
You have so much balance while riding its amazing!
Thank! Maybe I'm just lucky😜
@@riderhugosson you can’t be only lucky with all the stunts you pull Pff😂🤭

Thank you! Absolutely, a lot of riding is choosing what is important to focus on. especially with the young horse😁
Tack :)
Very glad you're ok after getting Coovid, so many people struggle afterwards for a long time!
Yeah, Still having trouble with the lungs. so it will probably take a few weeks before I am 100%

The way she attacks the pole 🤣🤣🤣... ambitious woman 🦄🤣❤️
many thoughts flying through her head😂
I honestly really like the buck your horse gave at 2:10 or so - I know that sounds very weird, but that looks so fun!
He also seems to think it's fun😆
Haha, great! 😄 I love crazy horses! 👍😊
Thank you!😃 Yeah love them to😅
So fint!

My retired eventer Leo , came up with an abscess , soni missed the date..
Hope all is well!!

Stay Horsey...not hoarse...take care ...take time to get well...saying a prayer for you and everyone there.
Thank you!😇
Mer på svenska plsss! Så sjukt bra! ✨
She is gonna ba amazing!

Thank you! Only warm up, not ”work”. Do not want to ride too long. just try to keep her happy and motivated :)
Excellent indoor cross fences. Are those real trees? Those logs must weigh hundreds of ponds each. Do you move them with a loader?
Yes, the trees are real and the big one is a pain in the a** to move😅
Is it harder to train in the winter when the horses have the "feel goods"? Lots of fun, regardless
Word😅
Here’s hoping you get through it ok 👍
ha ha det var sjovt at se :-) I har da en fest :-)
Tack🙏

Great with company when you have covid. I only had my girlfriend to torment with my company😅
@Pontus Hugosson ha! My husband had covid also so we were tormenting each other. This weekend I finally feel well enough to drink a beer lol!!!!
Yeeh Haa!
Hur jobbar ni med sadeltvånget?

Vad är fel med kavaletti först? :)

@@riderhugosson de inte dem
*Subscribing* :)
Thank you😃

Ground work first might have saved a lot of the gallopy stuff happening, I just see a horse running with anxiety 😬
Some natural fences in an indoor do not equal or simulate cross country.
