His hospitality is impeccable. It brought tears to my eyes hearing how he managed to create those moments for his guest and develop a team of people willing to do so
Guidara is melodically articulate. Masterful
Indeed he is! Did you hear the news that PBD just brought him on as an expert operator?
I worked a wedding as their day of coordinator & overheard the groom tell the bride he had not even gotten a taste of their drink of the day… I literally dropped off what I was doing & hustled to bartend & requested 2 drinks - went out to find my bride & groom & handed them their cocktails - the grooms face said it all. Shocked & so happy.
I did the same when I heard a girl had an allergy & made sure she had the 1st piece of cake, without her knowing, I asked & confirmed her name & that she had allergy & said I wanted to make sure she had the first piece out of the cake. She gasped & gushed. It makes YOU feel like you have made peoples days/experiences in the most small but significant ways. I strive every day to do the same in my bridal stylist job too & plan to takeover the company with the best customer service being TOP…
Sometimes your videos are good, this made me cry, I took notes, and was inspired, thank you!
What an amazing guest! Customer service is always more memorable than anything!
That's why chick fil a is the number one most profitable fast food... Next mile service..
1000%!
That’s an edge that nobody can compete with. He’ll be having a mastermind with us June 4th. If you have interest in learning how he did it, let’s connect!
Above and beyond for people equals = success!!!!!!!!!🎉
So little views and probably one of the most insightful conversations that anybody can learn from. Just wow, I enjoyed every bit of this take!
It’s unfortunate they took down the full interview, that had to be one of the best guest videos from PBD I’ve seen thus far
why they did that?
It was phenomenal, you had to be there in person.
@@leighlimVT Why take it down? Is this you fulfilling our needs? Or being nasty and greedy?
what an articulate guest and a businessman.
You got to take notes when Pat has great guests.
I like how Pat kept quite to let his guest flow...
This is definitely one of the best talks I have ever heard
This is called service, which doesn't exist anymore. And what you are doing now is what four seasons and best hotels the world have been doing for ever. I have to say, very innovative to bring 5 diamonds hotel service to restaurant business.
Wow! So articulate and such amazing stories. 😍
This is a severely under viewed video. 🤯 content.
I agree!! You should have seen the interview in person
More of this guy please!!!! Totally brilliant!
1000%
Did you hear about PBD bringing on Will Guidara as an expert operator?
There’s going to be a lot more of him now teaching you guys how he did it!
@@leighlimVT So you guys use this channel as a survey and feedback platform and when things are popular and powerful you put them behind a paywall. Unreasonable hospitality, not so much.
Working in a restaurant this is amazing information possibly more for mom and pop places, however corporate restaurants have so many layers of beaurocracy that it can be difficult to reach the right people to talk to about this.
Incredibly awesome!!! Love love this 💕💕💕💕
This may be one of my favorite videos yet… absolutely love this
What did you love the most?
@@leighlimVT I watched this 6 months ago lol… if I remember correctly it was just hearing someone who goes out of their way to make others feel special… I’d have to watch it again to get specific I suppose.
This can be implemented in any case! It comes from your hear! What a way to change what’s happening in the world! Thanks for your generous perspective!
Thank you for this video. More owners and people involved in hospitality these days needs to see this. The hospitality business has been on the decline for the past few years.
Agreed, every hospitality business ought to be learning from him
Excellent job
What happened to the full video? Can't find it anywhere?
"Daring Greatly" appreciated the interview!!! 🎉😊

Lotta wisdom in this.

It was incredible!! Should’ve been there in person. Hope to see you this year or in his mastermind!
Itll be June 4th, 2024 - if you have interest let me know! Let’s connect
Amazing! ❤ it’s so refreshing to see someone caring .
Working with systems is one the best things you can do for your organization to emerge and evolve.
Patrick, I don't know why you're so fascinated with this guy. People everywhere have been giving that level of service for hundreds of years. I've been in hospitality my whole life and I can tell you he's just another guy
Beautiful
This was so good
good luck from canada
Amazing interview. It's been said before, elsewhere and better but PBD: YOU are killing it in this podcast space!!

Top tier guest here true leader
I agree! Did you hear the news that PBD just brought him on to Bet-David Consulting?
Cause Pat is a smart man
The word to use, Is "Ambition" In any business... If you have "No" abition to make your business strong or the best business in your field (Don't even bother)... Maybe you should ask an Ambitious person who knows what they are talking about, to run your business for you. It's pretty simple. Know the market. Or ask someone who knows the market, to run your business for you. You still need to micro manage your "Business" to put the right people in the right job... Same thing goes with government.... Not only do you need to put the right people in the right position, They also must look for ways to make things easier/Cheaper, at the same time as "Wowing" their customer with Exceptional service and superior products. As well as always looking for ways to improve the the economy of your business model. It's pretty simple really.
This!
@@cbrumigin4107 Obviously you understand. Have you been a manager of any business at any point? I've managed two businesses during my "Career" both continue to be successful.
Make a video on the tensions between India and the west because that is something that can turn into a serious matter and its good if you start covering it now.
Chick Fil A is the #1 restaurant but this place sounds cool too.
And they always have great customer service. They're always cheerful and friendly, which is surprising because so many are young kids. A lot of young people in other jobs just want to leave work and go hang out, but these guys are all in on positivity. Is it the pay? The culture?

Great 👍
Are you hiring???😂😂😂
Are you required to be at restaurant 24-7 ? For it to be successful???
If you have a good manager and systems in place u don’t have to be there BUT it’s very difficult. I’ve been in restaurant business for 27years and just NOW can I pull away a bit
@@Thezapatabrandpodcast teach me the ways. ~14 yrs cooking... still unable to know how to track down these reliable folk
@@MrBaalin it is very difficult, but not impossible. Perhaps they themselves don't think they are worthy of the opportunity and this never even approach you. Go into a small business and look for someone that has been there for over 3 years and has great customer service skills. Get to know them and then teach them your ways as you recruit them. They'll be eternally grateful and follow your commands without question. First generation immigrants tend to be the best to recruit.
It takes pressure to make diamonds 💎👍😁
what restaurant is he talking about?
Eleven Madison in NY!

Just pay the right politicians and get them in your pocket and you can make them pass regulations that favor your business.
lol, You aren't wrong.... But that doesn't change the situation, You still need to micro manage your "Business" to put the right people in the right job... Same thing goes with government.... Not only do you need to put the right people in the right position, They also must look for ways to make things easier/Cheaper, at the same time as "Wowing" their customer with Exceptional service and superior products. @@HyperRide79 right on, but simple doesn’t mean easy! Just saying.👍😁😉
@@anthonyforfare7223 I agree 90% but making things simple is a way to make things easier. Glass half full and all that jazz.
@@HyperRide79 I’ll take it. 90% is a very good number! Thank you ☺️ & God Bless you & your family 🙏😇👍😁

Wow
The government has really called things more difficult for its citizens, and we can't sit back and bear all the consequences of the bad governance. It's obvious we are headed for hyperinflation,it is always the poor who take the hit.
That's right because It's no longer a story that the world is experiencing a global economic downturn, I'm so happy that I've been receiving $64,000 from my $15,000 investment every 8 days
HOW !! I know it's possible I would appreciate it if you show me how to go about it.
The crypto market is highly profitable with an expert broker just like Mrs Tara Elizabeth Stewart. I got recommended to her, and since then, my financial life has been a success.
Since I started my investment of $7,000 with Mrs Tara, I am now having $29,450 in my portfolio.
As a first time investor with Mrs Tara Elizabeth , I started trading with $15,000, now my portfolio is worth $75,600 within the space 2weeks of trading with her, I only trust Mrs Tara.
Managing money is different from accumulating wealth, and the lack of investment education in schools may explain why people struggle to maintain their financial gains. The examples you provided are relevant, and I personally benefited from the market crisis, as I embrace challenging times while others tend to avoid them. Well, at least my advisor does too, jokingly.
Investors should exercise caution with their exposure and exercise caution when considering new investments, particularly during periods of inflation. It is advisable to seek guidance from a professional or trusted advisor in order to navigate this recession and achieve potential high yields.
I subscribed for a few trading courses but it didn't help much, been getting suggestions to use a proper financial advisor, how did you go about touching base with your adviser
Through closely monitoring the performance of my portfolio, I have witnessed a remarkable growth of $485k in just the past two quarters. This experience has shed light on why experienced traders are able to generate substantial returns even in lesser-known markets. It is safe to say that this bold decision has been one of the most impactful choices I have made recently.
Wow, that’s stirring! Do you mind connecting me to your advisor please. I desperately need one to diversified my portfolio.
I’ve actually been looking into advisors lately, the news I’ve been seeing in the market hasn’t been so encouraging. who’s the person guiding you?
You've got a 1st grader typo in your video's title...
😂😂😂😂 fuckkinh CZcamsrs
Do you men Will?
Because his name is Will Guidara. I can’t see anything that was a typo, just your lack of knowledge of his name. Enlighten me please.

I know it sounds crazy but I aim to be the world’s renowned source of information and data when it comes to the phenomena of Dogmen aka Werewolfs in the USA.
I’m not talking movies or a such.
I’m 29 now, graduated in 2012 and had an experience in August 2013 that changed my view of the world.
I lived in rural Texas. Small town about 20 min outside of Houston, Tx. Me and two of my good friends were sitting outside around midnight talking about life. We did not drink, smoke or do any type of drug. Just chill dudes.
While we were talking one of my friend’s eyes got wide and he was looking straight behind us.. we turned around and saw coming out of our neighbors tall thick hedge bushes a creature we’d never seen before in our neck of the woods.
It stood about 7 foot tall, I’m 6’5 so he was a bit taller, but the muscle structure was that of an Olympic bodybuilder. Canine legs with knees turned backwards and it walked slow towards the others neighbors backyard. It had glowing red eyes and I’d never felt pure hatred and dark energy come out of a wild animal. I’ve felt anger, confusion and sadness from wild animals but never pure malice and hatred… since then I’ve come to be a successful businessman in my area and have accomplished many of my goals but I find no deep meaning in life other than being a father but even that has its limits for a man, your children can only fulfill a certain part of your heart. It sounds harsh but it’s true, a man must have purpose beyond family, friends and money.
I became wealthy because I came from nothing but even when i checked my first 100k check I didn’t feel anything. I respected it and know it’s a tool but didn’t feel any joy or excitement. It just was.
But to meet that creature and perhaps even defeat it in combat would be a dream come true. To hunt for its kinds nests and destroy them would be amazing. To bring them to light for the whole world to see would be a dream come true.
Imagine… a world where we now know werewolves exists…got damn I have chills… because what if the other tales are true? Vampires? Demons? Etc.
Thank you for reading this. I intend on starting this new journey starting tonight. I’ll get a new line, and open up new social accounts and start to build the momentum snowball.
Don't care about what other people think they want, care about what they really need!!!

I don’t know who Guidara is and the restaurant name isn’t referenced so...who? What? I know it’s the service that is the topic a little more detail would be nice.
The restaurant is Eleven Madison Park in NYC.
Interesting but a bit extreme
These guys thinks so much like me that its frightening!!!! Sadly i lack the capital to bring the exact same plans into motion. Crazy how all my business ideas have worked for many others while ive never been able to take charge.

Im curious how well he treats his employees? Does he make 320% more than his lowest paid employee like most owners/ceo's in this country.

We stand with the Palestinian people!
This guy went vegan and destroyed his business lol
That was the chef not him. They went their separate ways.
@@ajlucky87 nice . Blame the chef for having the freedom to drastically change the restaurant concept.
What is he smoking?
Dude conveniently leaves out his privileged background.
He didn’t grow up privileged. He got a degree in hotel management, and he worked his way up through various restaurants starting at Wolfgang Puck’s Spago.
