I actually own one of these new shaped dmax's and can confirm a real pleasure to drive. Its a far better ute than people give it credit for. Would definitely buy it before a hilux, or triton
Bump steer
U mean better than Hilux?
Wonder how the adaptive cruise and lane keep assist compare to the pre-facelift considering ive hear they have an updated sonar/camera system in the latest facelift. The prior 2 series (still the same shape) smart gear was woeful and poor at staying in the lane and would brake at the last moment with adaptive cruise having cars in front making it dangerous at times.
Would love to see a review on the new space cab , not every one can afford an x terrain.
Love the new look. Better than the new Mitsi
Will this update come to the MU-X
The MU-X range has been updated for 2024, though the changes aren't as extensive. You can see those updates here: www.drive.com.au/news/2024-isuzu-mu-x-price-and-specs/ Given the MU-X range was introduced a year later than the D-Max, it follows that its mid-life update could occur within the next 12 months.
What colours do they come
In Australia the base SX and LS-M versions are offered in Mineral White, Mercury Silver, Obsidian Grey, Basalt Black, and Neptune Blue. Additionally you can get the X-Rider in Grantite Grey and Magnetic Red. The LS-U adds the option of Moonstone White Pearl and the X-Terrain is available in the full range, plus Sunstone Orange.
WTF wants an electric D-Max? Its supposed to be a workhorse and not a show pony with 200km range and 8 hours to recharge. And anyway no one wants a 2nd hand EV, after a couple of years they are worthless, even the original dealers don't want them.
Good review
Then why do most buy them for the school run?
@@69memnon69 who is buying an electric ute for the school run ?
fresh face same ol' front end ???
eye-soozoo😅
Still way down on the class leaders in power and technology it is cheaper but the things that are missing is the reason.
i dont understand why anyone would get a ute thinking its got ferrari power? And for tech...why would you want more> all for it to cause more issues with more eletonics
@@cbr650syd4 Yeah I guess the old horse and cart is the way to go. Just living in the past.
if you want more hp i think a diesel ute isn't for you. i will take reliability over the gimmicks the ranger has.
@@adamcrea3547 Ok so you believe the Dmax is more reliable, that is your choice. This is obviously how you feel but there is an issue with that in facts not feelings matter.
As for the power comment why has the Dmax of this year got more power than say a 2010 year? Does this mean that the new Dmax is a gimmick?
Meanwhile, customers in India get shafted by the previous year model just rebranded as 2024
