That long glass thing is the plunger for a syringe. Lovely to see you two again. Dad is the pipe king.lol
We did wonder about that as a possibility! Cheers 😃
thats what I thought...
I thought the stick was for stirring drinks! 😂😂 love the amber bottle. Also I thought the pouring bottle looked like two designs molded together, like they couldn’t decide on a shape! lol! Nice to see you back guys.🌞
Yep
Good luck on your bike rides Jesse.
13:41- Could that possibly be a plunger from a syringe? Have you ever considered taking the bottoms of the broken colored glass bottles and grinding them down and making a stained glass window out of them? I think that it would be very cool when finished.
We have indeed and have a good supply of onion bottle bases , we just need a bit of time to tackle this project! Take care 😀
That headless horseman is an amazing find.
Yay ! good to see you guys , back in the mud 😁 and that dump is full of hidden goodies, nice one. Good luck on your tour Josie, see you both soon, take care.
Hello Barbara, thanks so much for your support! The dump on a sunny day with the birds tweeting is a lovely place to be 😍
The rod is a plunger from a syringe. Would have a lil cork around the bottom. Seen them blue colored as well.
Yes, I can see that now, thank you 😀
Lovely to see you both, I miss your videos. Well done on the pipes, that looked a very cold day & awesome bottles. My favourite was the penny perfume bottle, so sweet.
What awesome finds! What fun!
Good luck Josie 🚵♀️
"Headless weirdo" 😂😂😂 Great to have you guys back, missed you loads x
Thanks Sarah 😀 x
Lovely to see you adventuring again! Good luck with the bike rides, Josie!
Thank you!
Amazing amount of pipes and cool adventure. All the best.
Lol. The tides are sorting for pipes today. I think I’d put a bunch of those mallet-bottle bottoms upside down in the garden for bee- or frog-watering stations.
I love that idea 💟
You have to make the headless wierdo into a babyhead wierdo! LOL!!!
It would be wonderful if you could pick up the bottom of the onion bottles that were strewn around and do something with them!
The penny perfume is my favorite, it reminds me of a oil light. The glass stick reminds me of a needle plunger. The German mouthwash looks very art nouveau.
Looking forward to watching this later
Hey mud squad here. Great to see the mudpies back in action! ❤️ Now, that thin piece of glass with the knobs top and bottom is the inside of an old syringe! And the glass screw thing fit on the top of a baby's bottle! And had a tube coming out of the middle hole. Killed a lot of children due to unhygienic practises! ❤️ From me in Australia...
Love love love those uneven old bottle bases!! I would keep loads and "plant" them in the garden with the top slightly higher then the soil and fill with water for the birds and when the sun hits them should look nice ❤
Great idea!!
G'Day Guys, I love your work 👍 Keep on hunting those cool bottles & artifacts 👍👍 Cheers Kev
What an epic dig! Although the sea gave up her pipes, lol. Thank you for a grand adventure! I love the pub flask...gorgeous! Have a great week Mudpies Family!
Dear me - I seem to have bought my fav find - the pouring aqua ink - well done and thank you both - found a few bits in my own garden recently, which is keeping me quiet whilst i cant get out to try for real ! Good bless All x
Thank you for your support! It's a beautiful object. What did you find in your garden? Take care 😀❤️
@@Mudpies I found a perfect OXO glass jar with herringbone looking pattern on sides and other words written around the large print of oxo - 'packed by' and under it, ' limited london' all in smaller capitals and I believe it was around the 1930's underneath was reg no's I believe (house make over and crafting shed built chaos reigns and my disabled daughter has hidden it) When crafting cabin completed hoping to set up on Facebook site !
@@Mummaearth that's a fabulous find !
I Love you Josie from across the pond!!!!
Awesome larking day, great finds too. Thanks for sharing 👏🙏❤️
that tiny curvy little bottle kinda looks like a christmas ornament.
Thank you both 😊 ❤ UK.
Our pleasure!
Sheena beat me to it I kept saying when you were asking when you found it a plunger for a syringe. Nice finds and Dad you really had the pipe eye out there in the mud! Loved the digging as well. Fun times and love to see you again!

great find on the dump but nice pipes on the forshore. Love the square bot with the lip. It could have been for food colouring with such a delicate lip. lovely shape the penny perfume. Stay safe and good luck on your cycling.

Love the long hair Josie!!!!!
😻 x
Great haul. Headless horseman was my fav find. Good luck Josie biking away!! ❤️👩🦳🌺🌴🐊
Your "Castle" bottle is more than likely from the Castle pub in Bexhill (Now known as the Town House). In olden days the Castle had it's own Off Licence and I have a 1920's etched bottle from the Castle Wine Stores Bexhill. Practically all the rubbish on this tip came by rail from Bexhill. Hastings had its own destructor plant and once everything over there had been smashed to smithereens and/or burnt it was dumped at the foot of the cliffs.
Thanks Dave for your insight. I'm going to look up this pub now! Funnily enough we've found some lovely inks at the foot of that cliff in Hastings.... Good luck on your next adventure 💪😃
Great to see you. Fantastic finds. I love the pipes. Thank you and cheers. Best of luck Josie with your racing. Maybe lay off smoking the pipes for a bit, 😀.
Very funny 🤣 x
Hooray your back
😻😻😻
That little blueish 3/4oz jar...I have a milk glass one with the classic Vaseline embossing on the bottom.
Great finds....smoke em if ya got em...and you've got the pipes...
Plunger for the glass thingy sounds about right. Great adventures were taken and the squelch squad were lucky to tag along thanks to the both of you.
Thank you 😁
Love your finds, good luck with your bike race Josie ❤

Well done, cool UK history, advertising, tax collection even pre industrial age.
Another Great lark.
Could glass rod be part of a syringe?
Good on world bike tour 😂
Keep squelching!
Dave & Ali Yorkshire way.
Loved the blue small pot. I also loved the tiny curvy bottle.
Cheers guyz! So great to see family happy together in same hobby! Big support from metalkdetecting couple from southern Europe!

😻
Let’s gooooo y’all 🔥🔥🔥 great stuff 💥🇬🇧🇺🇸
Yay for a Mudpies video! You never disappoint. Good luck Josie on your bike competitions! 😻
Hi Mudpies, the square bottle with the pouring lip is a most likely an ink. I have the boat inks with the same marking on the bottom. Super find !!
I found a glass needle plunger just last month as well here on cape cod! Well Done!
Enjoyed seeing you guys.
So many bottle bottoms because they were bashing marauders with empty wine bottles.
The maltine would take care of any intestinal worms(?).
I love your calico cat! She's so beautiful. What interesting finds you had this video. Josie (Josey), much luck on your bike adventures. See y'all on the flip side! Howdy from eastern North Carolina.
ahhhh the old muddy lark love it loads of pipes rare as hens teeth here, love the headless figure.some nice bottles, love the tooth powder containers at the dump great video thanks guys
Thank you both! The spot we were in was one of the most productive and popular oyster growing area in the UK at one point. Until a lot of people got very ill! Thanks for your support as always ❤️
nice pipes and beautiful weather, good too see you back in action nice finds but no stoneware this time 😢 9,10,11,12 mei I will be in the UK 😊 see you next time greetings Pieter
wow beautiful would became a jewellery container
So happy to find your new post! It made my day!❤❤ ❤🇺🇸
I'm so glad!
Excellent finds! think that glass cork screw with a hole in it went into a baby bottle and a hose went through it, then attached the other end to a feeding nuk, mid to late 1800's if I am not mistaken. the glass rod I think went to a syringe I believe. possibly to clean out the hose to the baby bottle.
whoop a fresh video, not even watched it but just starting:) great timing!
Cheers Matthew 😀!
Helloooo Mudpies, good to see you both again 😊. Loved both of the adventures. My favourite things were the dolls head and headless figurine ❤🥰 good luck and have fun on your cycling tours Josie 😊 thank you for taking us along with you ❤️❤️😊😊
Thank you for sharing ❤
Our pleasure ☺️
Meine Güte 😊so good to see you again!great finds, love them all 😁!!!
nice nearly oomplete toy lead horse & soldier. usually not only do the soldiers always lose their heads but the horses lose their legs.
Some fantastic finds i had to purchase something from Etsy. Have a great time Josie while your away Jaffa will miss the cuddles
Thanks Ann, Jaffa has tucked herself next to Moma Mudpie on the sofa 😻 Pleased you enjoyed it!
The amber coloured bottle is my favourite, and I love the bubbly pouring bottle. I love when you two find poisons and was surprised that none were found on this dig. I was also surprised that Andy found that cache of clay pipes. I could tell Josie was probably nursing some sore muscles during the squelch part, but I love that she stays fit and takes excellent care of herself. Even at age 67 I still stay fit by keeping active. Always have some Salonpas nearby!
Keep on digging and squelching, I'll be looking for the next excursion!
Thanks ever so much 😊
I didn't get a notification for this video, bummer, buy still was lucky enough to trip over it! I love the tall amber bottle. Did you all find out about the clean bottle with the numbbies' on it?
Great video. That bulbous little bottle looks Japanese to me. Not sure what for but I’ve seen that shape fairly regularly on a Japanese bottle digging channel.
Good luck Josie on your many cycling mudventures!
Good video and good finds think your both great
Yay, thanks Susan 😄
Worth waiting for! Thanks for bringing us along. Best of luck on your racing, Josie! Love and hugs from me in New Mexico USA
Missed you guys x
Akimbo pipage! 😂🤣😂 this is what happens whe a gamer is let outside.
The long stem pipe was a beauty guys. A nice variety of bottles but pick of the crop was that square one with the small pouring lip, a rare find?
Pond’s Extract - I’ve dug these in the States. Same era & mold style
Wow you finally are getting into the good stuff again 😁 I know the going has been a bit slow over the past wee while but persistence pays perfect periode pieces plenty peachy pinched past parafernalia 😊
I know....at long last! But it's all an adventure, thanks for your support ❤️
great video, fav find for me is the headless horseman. good luck cycling!!!!
Always enjoy your video’s
great video guys and lots of nice finds

I love that tiny little perfume!!! The tiny ones are always my favorites!
Yay, we really must put an updated pic of our tiny bot collection with all its wonderful finds!
@@Mudpies that would be AWESOME!!!
Great to see this, especially as the MUDEX is at a location very near to where I live. You often ask about items for inclusion in the future posts. How about some hints and tips in getting started? I've just retired and I would like to make a start on this fascinating pastime. Also as respects DUMPDIGEX where do you find the sites ? There isn't a OS map saying 'Secret Dump Site ', what about landowners permission? You might like, or not to look up the story of the oyster industry there. The placename plus online and the sad story of the Dean of Winchester in 1902. Keep up the good work. Rod
Nice finds guys❤❤
Cheers Erin 😀 x
So, let me help you out: that white glass bottle with german mouthwash is named Odol. Still available today it is a very heavy stuff. Odol med 3
Double facture, nice. Great finds. Pretty sure Kate and Fleur could do something w!th the doll's head. Good luck on your race Josie. 🚲🏆
Wow guys awesome video love seeing ya'll
Thanks 😊
They should make a special e-bike that can drive in deep mud. Snow shoes were a bust. Not sure this idea is better.
Good to see you 😊 good luck with the cycling 👍🏻
Aww I've missed you guys, not watched much CZcams for a few months so I'm going to binge watch all your more recent videos now. Josie I can't believe how long your hair is now!! It was only short when I first found your channel and I'm loving your new tattoos!! Fab video my lovelies!! ❤️❤️
Great to see you getting muddy again. Loved your pipe land adventure and finds. Those mouthwash bottles are so unusual! There's always a headless horseman or figure. Happy day from Oz! 😊❤
Josie has some cool tattoos.
