Nice job. Do you know, could the Roofnest Sparrow2 hardcover popup tent fit and do well put above the cab on those rails instead of above the bed, or is that too much for above the cab? I just love that particular rooftop pop up tent, it goes front to rear instead of folding out side to side and needing the ladder for support, but that does make it longer, a good 84" internal head to foot length, which is great for sleeping for a tall guy like me but perhaps more challenging for where it can be placed. If it could do well above the cab, then I'd have full access to opening the Diamondback HD bed cover, which is by far my favorite bed cover. I love the lower Frontrunner bed rack, but then that longer popup tent would hang over the rear tailgate, a little with the 6.5" bed but a lot with the 5.5" bed, so the Frontrunner seems to necessitate the shorter side to side opening pop up tents.

The Yakima Overhaul HD should allow you to raise the bars on the Diamondback up over the cab. Inp00 terms of the bars on top of the cab, you may be able to use one for additional support, but I would be careful with putting too much weight on the cab bars. I think the cab bar system I have supports 165 lbs. So maybe for sleeping, put your weight over the Diamondback bars, and fett towards the cab.
