- The plaintiff says the defendant is his ex-girlfriend and she owes him money for a trip they were supposed to take. He claims they got into an argument and she bit him and he bit her back. They never went on the trip, so he’s suing for the cost. The defendant says the plaintiff is a hothead who pushed her to the ground and then stuck his fist in her face, so she bit him. She ended up getting a restraining order and says she owes him nothing. She’s countersuing for pain and suffering.
Case: 31-201
Ladies and gentleman. After the first sign of physical abuse, please leave.
Yo you’re goofy. No real man will ever allow a female to put his hands on him. And not another man either.
Blacks on here are always talking about how Doug should get hit by somebody.
@@versatileduplicity9313 Not true at all. Tons of real man can take a little smack or whatever from a woman. Obviously if some stranger woman attacks you yeah a man will defend himself. To everyone out there dating or in relationships. LEAVE as soon as your partner raises a hand to you! It will only get worse from there. DONT ignore the red flags. They eventually turn into full alarm blazes.
There is a LOT MORE that happens before they ever lay a finger on you.
I was messaging with a guy for no more than 2 days, when he immediately went into a tangent about how horrible his ex was and when I asked him a question about his life he said I sounded exactly like his ex. Safe to say I blocked immediately.
Even thought he said she hit him first? WOW...That's forgotten. We just take her word for it? Typical female.
@@tawtam1 you can’t tell he was lying, if I hit him first. He needs to gives details. Where? When? How? He was suing me. If i really hit him first that is something he won’t forget and he should stand firm on. And he didn’t, I know the truth. that “typical female” comment says a lot about you. Birds of feather, flock together !
@@ruthstluc1325 Do some research. Men tend to forget about things of this nature all of the time when women remember them more. You may think he is lying but you can't be 100% sure. I can't either that's why I don't choose a side. He didn't forget, he stated she hit him first. And allot of people get real nervous in court and have problems being as detailed and it's typically men. Women even when lying typically keep their same story. You can also look up that data as well. Bird's of a father???? Now you really showing your ignorance. But, you mad because I called you out for being biased. I have never hit a women in my life. However, I have taught my daughters to never raise their hands to hit a man and don't expect him to him them back. Everyone should keep their hands to themselves especially when you are mad. I do when it comes to my wife. Put what is typical are people who don't do the research when it comes to people and their personalities yet they are quick to judge others without knowing the entire situation. Women typically stick with other women when it comes to abuse rather it is true or not. And you can also find that data easy to look up. I am face driven and I believe if you can't be 100% sure then leave that out of the equation. She wasn't thinking of suing him until he sued her. And now it's so important for her to get paid for his abuse? I call BS.
The nerve of this guy. To come on television knowing he put his hands on her is pathetic.
Embarrassment for a Man!
You got other bitches teaching them they can abuse us and disrespect us because “ we deserve it”
So how are you supposed to deal with someone that is getting loud and possibly the neighbors will call the police? Was he just supposed to stand there and hope she quieted down? Sometimes I think this pushing thing is stupid and shouldn't be punishable. He didn't push her down on the floor, he pushed her onto the soft bed. She sounded a bit like a wild cat and then she bit him. Is he just supposed to sit and take it???? Shite laws we have.

Gurl what did you see in this little boy...smh....his affect is completely off 😳 I hope she figures out why she is allowing men to mistreat and abuse her
Stop it. We need to figure out why men abuse women, and make them pay the consequences when they do. It is the men who need to be re-educated, not the women who fall victims to the abuser. They don't start out as abusers, they slowly groom you into accepting increasingly violent and controlling behaviour. She got out after only a few months. Good for her! It takes the average woman seven attempts to leave an abusive relationship. While men abuse women everywhere and in all walks of life, we also have to recognize how prevalent this is in the black community.
Also, women face the most violence and risk when they leave. Look at this fool, he is trying to get revenge because she left him.
I can’t believe that this poor excuse for a man had the audacity to sue her.

I'm glad you went to the police. Far too many people don't report domestic violence. Be proud that you stood up for yourself.
Don't ever think that you not giving in to his demands makes his attack your fault. If he had a problem with your 18 year old sister not paying for her birthday trip, he could have verbally stated it. There is no excuse for putting his hands on you and that will never be your fault. (He made that trip about himself when he was really just invited along so he didn't really have a leg to stand on anyway)
So if someone's abusing you, putting their hands on you and telling you to the "relax" you're going to relax. Clearly he is an abuser and she should be lucky that she got away.
