That method is actually Bernoulli's law which say velocity of air is inversely proportional to the pressure. So when you blow air just above the puzzle horizontally, the air pressure above the puzzle decreases so the air pressure below the puzzle piece increases and with its mass being so low, it finally jumps out of the puzzle .

I've actually solved it its all about using the right amount of pressure on the top and then using the roughness of your fingers

you definitely can still get it out by grabbing the top. One of my friends back in highschool all the time would bring puzzles like this and I shocked the hell out of him when I just grabbed this ones top and pulled it out.

actually its because of the pressure that bounces in the wall to the ground(to simplify it) and the pressure from the ground or air will have nowhere to go so it pops out because of the pressure or air:)

Actually this puzzle is impossible to solve because
When u blow the air the air touches the walks inside the brown piece
The rule here is not to touch the brown piece
And get the red piece out
When the air when in the container it touched the walls of of the container and after filling up with air it pushed out the red piece this happened due to pressure in the brown piece because of too much air inside while ur blowing which pushed out the red piece so u touched the brown piece thus it's not completed

It's Based on bernoulli's principle I believe
If the red part is light enough(and the space between the red part and the brown part is narrow enough), the moment he blows above its surface, pressure reduces just enough to pull the red part up

My mama use to get us puzzles all the time. I honestly think they are great gifts for kids. Get them using their hands and their minds to figure stuff out. It makes a huge difference in helping hone cognitive thinking and problem solving skills.

I'm an engineer and a while ago we had a damaged oilite bearing stuck down a fairly long enclosed tube. We couldn't get it out no matter how hard we tried. An older colleague came along and simply packed the shaft with grease and then pushed in a rod that just fitted down the hole. Hey Presto! the bearing simply popped out forced up and out with the grease. Very similar effect and it was amazing to see.

I just gathered all my knowledge into finding out what makes it go up like that. :)
When you blow into it, the air goes into the gap and under, pushing it up with all of the air and causing it to go up.

Easy, grab something like tweezers so that you can use them to grab the brown wood then flip it
I think it works by when you blow air it fills the empty places around the red piece then when it gets to the bottom the air blows everywhere, then because of the how hard you blow (hard) it'll be blown down so hard, that it will hit the bottom, then blow back up, while also pushing the red piece.
I hoped this gets pinned to help some confused people
