No, Scarlet Witch and Quicksilver started out as mutants in X-Men comics.
But later they joined Avengers, and they spent most of their time in Avengers, especially Wanda.
They are generaly more tied to Avengers.

Really, the big problem marvel entertainment had with the mainstream studios owning the film rights to their IPs is those studios refused to represent the characters right, mainstream studios hated the characters, the costumes, and hated the comics, they were ashamed of them and refused to do the stories Feige knew were good, they refused to cross the franchises over, they thought it would never work and they fought Kevin on it. So, Marvel opened their own independent studio to make films of the characters they had left and the rest is history.
i think that was a necessary decision at the time because of batman and robin, i personally think the changes weren't to drastic, which was mostly x-men/fox and not really anyone else

You are forgetting that the TV and film rights to Moon Knight were bought and owned by a Canadian film studio from 2006 to 2012.

+SLC Productions On every website I researched this, they never gave a name to the Canadian studio. If the show were to be made, it would have been released on the Spike TV channel alongside the Blade show. Only 6 episode scripts were ever written and it is possible that someone might have leaked them online by now.

Why do we need a FF movie every year?
I love the FF, but they don't deserve a movie every year. Also, it would make a FF fatigue.
Instead, they can be in a routine with the current roaster and make space for another X-Men movie.

Quite late but: The deal was like that in the first place, to keep the rights they need to release a FF film every X years, for that reason we got the awful movie reboot.
It's a lot more than four per year. DC/WB releases one or two per year (two this year), and there's usually at least one indy comics title per year, like Ninja Turtles, Hellboy, or a manga (this year it's the manga Battle Angel: Alita).

The best history/summary I've seen/watched in many years! Also finally acknowledging Constantin Film and F4! However, it's likely unknown but it's still a mystery how the connection to Constantin Film was transferred from Fox to Disney. I hope there's not another Hulk or Namor situation! Only time will tell what's going on.
If I could, I would go back in time to before Marvel went Bankrupt, & I would show them all of the current 2008-2018 MCU movies & I would tell them all the facts (Directors, Actors, etc) & I would say "If you want to make money, follow these movies." Then maybe we'd be seeing X-Men in the MCU. But, I would've said, "Follow these movies" & there's no X-Men in them except for Quicksilver & Scarlet Witch in Age of Ultron, but they aren't mentioned as Mutants. Plus, I'd be changing the timeline, so then there'd be no reason for me to go back in time in the first place.

After the Disney/Fox deal goes through, there's a high chance that Disney and Marvel will trade certain assets to Universal for the Hulk and Namor's film rights, which would make Spider-Man (and his supporting characters), the only character not owned by Marvel. Sony probably isn't going to let him go anytime soon, and I think we'll see A LOT of Tom Holland Spider-Man movies over the next decade.

In April 2006, Thor's rights reverted to Marvel from Sony, and in June, the Black Widow rights reverted to Marvel from Lions Gate Entertainment.That same year, the film rights to Hulk reverted to Marvel Studios from Universal Studios.
After being acquired by Disney,Marvel began to reclaim more of their character rights, starting with Blade from New Line Cinema.
SpiderVerse was originally decided to be introduced in MCU in Avengers-1, The climax battle at Stark Tower,was earlier decided to be portrayed on Oscorp Tower, but that didn't work out.
On October 10, 2012, the Daredevil rights reverted to Marvel Studios from fox,.
On May 2, 2013, Feige confirmed in an interview that the Ghost Riderand Punisher rights had reverted to Marvel from Sony and Lionsgate respectively.
Later in May 2013 it was revealed that Marvel has also reacquired the rights to Luke Cage from Sony. 20th Century Fox was able to change the powers of Negasonic Teenage Warhead for Deadpool by giving Marvel Studios the rights to Ego the Living Planet.

It's not a contest really, it is theoretically possible for both studios to make great movies. And Marvel's doing better largely because DC is putting out shockingly incompetent movies (other than Wonder Woman which is passable). I for one wish that the DC movies were as good as the Marvel movies.

That's cuz comic book story's are the only movies that aren't a bs remake I get there remaking some stories used in the comics but that's different & the special effects just makes these movies so real vs back then they was good shows but the special effects weren't even anywhere close
Gotta be glad we are getting these MCU movies in this day in age where technology makes them look timeless

3 or 4 a year? Marvel produces 4 movies a year alone. Add 2 for DC. Another 1 or 2 comic or related, and then there's at least 7 or 8 comic based series on TV/Netficks etc. This is for superhero genre alone, let alone other time periods or takes on persons arguably with super powers.
