I was eyeing those figures on Sideshow since 2017 and always postponing to buy cause I though they are expensive and not really worth it. But I took a chance on November 2020 by buying WW Justice League and I couldn't believe eyes how good they were.
@@chrato74 glad you got them. Nice thing about them is they dont loose value. So if for some reason you have to sell them or even if you get bored and want to get new ones you can sell them and make your money back. But I was the same way.

The budget goal and sticking to characters that I like are the ways that I broach this collecting hobby. I still just order from SS as I have practiced patience and I like their customer service. Couldn't agree more on getting the figures in hand. Pictures are one thing, but the second I got my hands on my first Hot Toys figure (Deadpool) I was hooked.
Imma try using sideshow i dont mind waiting 3 months, beacsue i love the surprise youll get, like once you order it and wait a month or 2 youll forget you ordered it and when it finally gets on your door step and you open the box youll see your figure and remeber and it will be a suprise

There are sellers in the uk but are very expensive to buy from, so i might as well buy them from sideshow. I have bought a few on eBay at a good price and never really had a problem with them. Can't wait for the figure to be in my hands, I'm guessing that I will get it right when it releases because I ordered it in late june and the release on sideshow is september-october.

It is but they have become very expensive too. I'm in Australia and most of us get our figures from a guy William Wang. He has ties to factories in China. And he gets it before most shops at a very competitive price.
I buy my figures only second hand of course things may happen here too.just bought an cody sideshow for 120 bucks quite good price and then the idiot switches parcels and i get an bust for 30bucks......and then sorry sorry neverless figure is gone and i have the runaround to get my money back

Are there accurate fakes of Hot Toy’s ? I’m looking to purchase a few older figures on the secondary market but worried about buying an imitation.
These are pretty hard to fake. What you need to worry about with older figures is the condition.
