Chris David is an amazing bassist and besides Majestica, he is also live bassist for Therion. As for the drums, Majestica (ReinXeed) has had a lot of different drummers through the years, and imo, Joel is the best drummer they ever had. Can't wait for the rest of the album
Chris David has also his own band Wizdoom beside Majestica and he also play in Therion as a live bassist background vocalist. As you say he is amazing bassist but he is also great singer. Large vocal range. You all need to check out Wizdoom new EP specially Wizdoom official video - Way of The lost and Doomed Fleet. Anyway both Chris and Tommy are such great musicians and complement each other very well. 🎶🎤🎸🎤🎸🤘

Helloween, Gamma Ray, Avantasia, Stratovarius, Dragonforce, just a few of the bigger power metal bands that generously employ that style of drums. This has been Tommy's band for over 20 years, he changed the name to Majestica a few years ago, it used to be "ReinXeed". The released two albums of covers of Swedish pop songs, lots of Abba covers on those.
OT so just FYI: It's the day after and I'm still recovering from the Nightwish Ziggo Dome concert. Our weekend over here in Dutchieland ended magnificently last night, bcz S H E D I D I T ! ! ! Floor brought our "Uncle Henk" to the Nightwish stage in Amsterdam! The absolute climax of the whole concert. At the start of it all, Floor announced that they'd film the whole show. I knew then that she had brought Henk along for the ride, as promised in 2019 when they did the Phantom at "Beste Zangers". And what a ride it was! Ziggo Dome exploded when Henk appeared on the big stage. A Phantom like no equal! The whole Dome reverberating with emotion for Floor after all she's been through. The warmest, most heartfelt embrace between the two when the song was over and her brothers in metal all with big booming smiles that lighted up the venue. How I wish my wife could've witnessed this grand performance! She was there, "cut into little stars" as they say and we where there, in Amsterdam on a Sunday night in November when pure music was celebrated. What a magical night! Cheers from Amsterdam! 🤘🖤🤘 P.s.: They also did "7 Days To The Wolves", If you can imagine that w/ Marko! It was just great! Lots of ppl sang/screamed Marko's parts and Troy did one h3ll of a job vocally, what a trooper. What a show! Throat will hurt for the rest of the week haha.🤘

Tommy did ” Holding out for a hero ” I hope he will do some more of his fantastic songs on his Friday covers. ”Tonight is what it meens to be Young”, ” Left in the dark ”, Good girls go to heaven”, Original sin or something els, he’s written so many great songs. That Said, Majestica is amasing and has so great muslcians that every thing they do will be tight and awesome😊❤️❤️❤️!!!
We say "god jul" in scandinavia :P and the "god" u can pronounce with a long "o" sound, you know, like the "ooooooh" sound when someone is happily suprised xD not like "god" in english xD so happy early holidays :P and love the Majestica version of this!
