    • @nc29biker

    whats it like? is it stupid? is it possible to have full throttle and not see the sky or lose your back tyre? also reliabilty any good for touring etc.

      Well this was the 1st run and it wasn't good as the clutch was slipping & many other things were wrong as I picked the wrong guy to do the work. now after pulling my hair out it's working good thanks to a guy with 20 years experience working with turbo bikes. now it has a lock-up clutch and forged busa pistons and now 1216cc. Its not bad to ride as its proportional to the throttle but it can catch you out if ya are heavy handed. it will lift the front up to 3rd gear and in 4th & 5th if you hit a crest. It will get hot if in traffic for a while so just turn it off if stuck at long lights etc. I will be having a power run on dyno next week so I hope it doesn't blow up but i will be making a video anyway so wish me luck.

      @nc29biker  Před 8 lety

      Dave Dunlop I cant recommend him enough...he knows his stuff. I wouldn't trust Pete with my bike again as he fucked so much up. Pete is a ok sort of guy and I respect him for drag racing but I think he should leave the spanners alone.

      Was it beyond repair in the crash

    • @nc29biker
      @nc29biker  Před 3 lety

      It needed re framing, boost pipe, dump valve, clocks, tank, hangers, clock brackets, rear plastics and a few other bits n bobs so I had enough of spending money on it so yes
