Me too been waiting for another video from you guys
Appreciate it!
same , same !
Have to say it.... the camera work from 25-28 mins I could watch ALL day. That was incredible guys. Excellent, even Jensen would salivate lol
The video of surface feeding around 26, 27 minutes into the vid was stellar! Pretty fish
Beautiful, made me feel like I was young again. Fishing with my father
Me too.

Ik that feeling for running an old vehicle on trips . having to watch the heat, looking at the rpm, speed, listening to the sound 😁 great memories tho ='") wouldnt fix or trade it for anything else
25:35 - 28:11 is the best some of the best footage I have ever seen. It completely captures the magic of fishing for wild trout on the east coast.
Love that van!
Appreciate it!
I was thinking the same thing. Last time I seen one of those was in Okinawa, Japan and the steering wheel was on the right side! But the footage is awesome!
Good to see you guys are back. Dig the quarantine staches. My buddies and I all did them for our Spring fishing trip as well. That van is sweet!
Awesome video. I love catching some big trout but nothing beats chasing the little guys on small northern PA streams. Great content.
Outstanding... Surface stuff is super cool.
I was beginning to think that life had gotten to busy for a spring fishing video . You did not disappoint though. Another great video with epic dry fly action, those takes were awesome! It has been too many years since I’ve been fishing in God’s country.
Thanks for the kind words! Beautiful place up there!
Who's the jerk that thumbs downed this!!!!! That was the fastest 34:22 ever! Fantastic job guys, I didn't want it to end!!!!
Love the camping as an aside.
Good to see you back, well done.
Thanks!
I noticed one of you has a roll top waterproof hip-pack. I'm in the market. Which make and model is it, and how do you like it?
Thanks in advance...Mike
It is a Simms waterproof hip pack and I really like it. Lots of space for flies and other gear. And what’s really nice with it being a hip pack I can also wear a back pack no problem!
Great video! Thanks for sharing.
Thank you!
Good job guys, long wait for your new video, but worth the wait. Just spent two days in Potter last weekend, fished the no kill section of the Kettle, low water conditions, but caught and released a lot of trout. I didn't get time to fish the wild streams, maybe later. Thanks for sharing your video.
You guys sure no
You guys sure know how to live.Three friends sharing great memories together. I have fished many of the central Pa trout streams with friends in past years and have had great memories to look back on.keep up the great videos to keep those memories alive.Fly fishing is a wonderful pastime.
A: I wish I had friends like this
B: I wish Ohio had better trout streams
I kinda wish I had friends like them too down here in Virginia
Oh this made me so happy. I missed you guys! I dream of doing what you guys do👍
Me too
A new video finally 😬🎣
Where y'all been? Really missed ya. Great as usual...glad you're back!
As always, the best fishing videos
Thanks for the kind words!
Super video! I've missed your videos and its good to see another one. You know what a great thing you have in fly fishing these streams, but you have something worth even more in the friendship and good times you all share.
You video work is outstanding. So wonderful to watch three young men enjoying life to its fullest.
Finally! ya'll are back! I'm in desperate need of a new t-shirt from ya'll. I have worn the Allegheny native shirt just about every weekend pushing through the rhododendron of the north Georgia mountains catching wild and native fish.
Thank you!! Hoping to have shirts and hats available soon!
No words. You made my day Guys. The trouts are out of this world. The landscape is just beautiful. Thank you so much. Sheers from France. 🌍
FINALLY, the Best is back !
You guys have no idea how happy I am to see you post this video. I think I've watched all of your videos, and this might be the best one. What a beautiful video. I'm always out here doing this by myself. A couple of pals is probably the only thing that would make it better.
Welcome back guys! Always appreciative of being taken along for the adventures you guys go on! Small stream wilds and natives all day!
25:35 - 28:10 Pure bliss
Not sure when you filmed this, but I camped and fished north of Ole Bull at Lyman Run SP this past weekend and had zero luck. You guys have the touch! Great video as always.
This was back in April but we actually just spend last weekend at ole bull, beautiful place!
Yep, I've camped there too. : )
Nice video men! I just happened to be at Ole Bull yesterday and fished Kettle. I took some very nice 10 inch range natives. Keep up the good work.
Thanks! We were just there all weekend actually! Love it up there
Awesome video and beautiful fish 🎣

Awesome job guys! Always look forward to your videos. that dry fly action at the end was awesome watching them come up for them!
The best video I've seen in a while. Great dry fly footage in the 20 minute. Love for the red dots and blue halos!!! Would have loved to see that fish that was under that log jamb. Hurry up with the next video I can't wait!

Your back. Nice. Great video. Love the Van. Happy Birthday.
What can I say....wow ...what an awesome video! Home run! I would love to here the story behind you getting the cool van rig! I have done more than one road trip in a VW camper van...back in the day! You have a fun rig! The dry fly filming takes was truly epic! Fantastic drone footage. Hats off....you all nailed it!
You gassed up at Kinney's in Cross Fork! Been going there since 1962.
Great video guys. I saw you drive past my favorite place Ole Bull State Park. I love fishing Kettle Creek and the surrounding area. Keep up the great work.
Oh man. This made my week. So happy you guys are back.
Great work, guys! I felt your pain at 22:48. The kind of shakes that haunt dreams :)
Great video. Truly beautiful shots of the water and fish. You get better all the time. Sling shot casts - I've got to try that. Check out White's Creek and McClintock Creek in Somerset County. You need permission though.
Excellent vid guys! Happy to see you back!
👍👍 what more can I say awesome !!
Stunning.
Love ole bull, my first intro to native brookie fishing was there and Jones run/bucksellar on 44. Never looked back
Another great video! Welcome back ... missed you guys on here!
Great video guys. Glad to see yall back at it.
Another great video! Sweet van too, it’s a perfect overlanding fly fishing rig! Lol
This makes me wanna tie a few soft hackles and get out to the river soon... and grow a mustache.
Great video guys, I watched you long before I made my own channel. Quick question, what lens did you use for those dry fly takes? Absolutely gorgeous footage!
Thank you! And Canon Ef 70 - 200
@@alleghenynative Sweet! Thanks
Guys super awesome production! Loved every second of it and it got better as it went! Love the fish and buggy. How many does it sleep do all three of you sleeping there? Are you guys put up some tents? As soon as I saw that gas pump I knew where you guys were!!!!! I would so love to fish with you guys one weekend and do a production with you would absolutely love it take care can’t wait for the next one!
Appreciate it!! We all slept in the van and had lots of room! Maybe we will met on the water some day!
Allegheny Native Great to see you guys preserving the sport and producing great photography and videos!!! Seriously if you need a healing waters type story some day, I’m your guy!!! I’m a avid fly fisherman with a great story if you want that type of production someday... I’d be honored to share my story.. Getting my 9th n 10th surgery next Wednesday. I’d love to be back on the water by fall!!! If you ever want a crazy story I’m ur guy!! Thanks for what you bring viewers! I will be waiting for the next one!!
Excellent video, making me wish I was there with you guys. Just curious what wt. flyrod and length were you using? Thanks for sharing
Welcome back!
Where have you guys Been? Great work, I really enjoyed this one ! BTW nice stashes.
Just subbed, I love your locations just got into fly fishing after a 20+ year hiatus. I have been reading and interested in fly fishing for a few years now. I’m in Athena Ohio so not much near me so I need to scout out WV and Pa. I love the spirit of your channel and nice videography. Where did Nate get his pompon beanie? It’s awesome. 🤙🏼
Thank you!
You guys have quite the cult following :) Well deserved though. Your content is always meticulously put together and well thought out. I packed my Allegheny Native shirt for my PA fishing trip this past weekend. I will say though, we gotta get your guys a net man lol. That scene at 3:09 reminded me of my botched net jobs sometimes. However, the fish was gorgeous and worth the wait :) Nice job as always. Thanks for sharing the adventure.
Haha appreciate it!!
I just wanna fish with you guys. Wish I had a crew.
Most excellent video! What make and model is the waterproof waist pack with side clips? Thx
Yeesh what happened to the old left hand! Not been fighting off bears again have you? Nice vid.
Haha thank you!
Noice
Been waiting for the next vid! Where did you get that grip wrap? Is it neoprene?
Can’t remember the name of the company that makes them! They are neoprene though!
The native brookies really have a thing for the lively legz don’t they. Been hammering them all spring on anything pink. This looks a whole lot like Cameron or Potter county but just a guess! Edit: just heard you say Potter County
What time of year was this trip taken in, awesome filming. Congrats? Have a camp in mckean county looking forward to some brook trout fishing in May. Any info would be helpful thank you. DB.
This was actually filmed at beginning of April, but May in my opinion is best time to fish for brookies
I have a camp in clearfield pa but never fished up there any suggestions on where to go
What makes brook trout so small in some places but big in others?
Most of the Brookie streams in PA are small mountain streams and they don’t really grow to full size, a 12” native brookie is a giant to us
@@alleghenynative oh ok! I guess we see similar things with Cutthroat out west. That makes a lot of sense! Thank you!
I'm following Greg M. on utube. I think y'all will like his vids.
Great video, thanks for sharing.
