What a blast! I went on one of those tours about ten years ago and thought the Everglades was one of the most fascinating places. And I loved the added bonus that the boat sounded like a monster truck! 😆
We get Egrets and Herons visiting NJ wetlands every summer. Fortunately the alligators don't migrate. Great video, your daughter is lovely, no need to be embarrassed. Unless she lets her hair go like her dad.
Haven't been to Florida, but my dad and I have done lots of trips as just the two of us. Once we went to Louisiana, so we saw the same birds, gators, and the like as you. Boat tours. Different boats--more hillbillyish to the best of my recollection, and I mean that in a fun way. We also went to eastern Canada for three weeks in between consulate appointments, and we went from Montreal to the SW end of Newfoundland, meandering through NB, NS, and PEI along the way. So, in a way, seeing you with your daughter who looks close to her teens reminds me of these trips I did with my dad in early high school.
Your daughter is beautiful and the best part of the video was her trying not to look at the camera, wonderful making memories. My family of many did an air boat ride similar to this but not in such a sanitized boat. The boat was completely open we had to wear ear protection, we had to be rescued after the operator got the boat stuck in to shallow of water. A friend opted for a personal ride in a smaller boat for he and his wife, the boat flipped over on its side launching all three into the water. My friends wife was able to wait on the boat but he and the operator waited about 45 minutes in waist deep water.
My husband and I prefer Sawgrass Recreation Park that is located in Weston, FL. It is about a few miles south of Everglades Holiday Park. We went a few weeks ago and saw 6 alligators and one of them was an alligator protecting it food of a dying alligator.

An Airboat through the Everglades is great fun, but close to there is a gator park, where you can pay a toothless hillbilly $5.00 to put his head in the jaws of an alligator. The hillbilly actually had teeth marks on his head from failed attempts. Absolutely the best $5.00 I ever spent!
Who told you that? He isnt boosted but he has said often that he got vaccinated long ago for practical reasons (not related to health). His kids arent vaccinated, maybe that is where your confusion is? I am not sure about now, but luckily under a certain age, kids were able to go unvaccinated while traveling.

You will cook your brains...seriously, the sun is too intense. 2.The little bird stealling food from the peacock, looks like a Female Grackle. The Large Grey Bird... I think is a Blue Heron. Very Cool video. Y'ALL NEED TO DRINK ONE GALLON OF WATER PER PERSON EVERY SINGLE DAY. In the humidity and heat, you loose buckets of water through persperation. DRINK every chance you get. ok, the caution in the heat PSA is done.

Their bodies are not acclimated to this heat, and they are more prone to heat stroke, even in mild temperatures for the area. ETA: I was born in Omaha Nebr; and when we moved our mom kept us inside after lunch, just for that reason. Even after a month, of slowy acclimating to the heat, I still got close to heat stroke, and vomitted.
I actually take pride in being a very generous tipper. :) The net difference between a good tip and a bad tip is ultimately pretty small, it is worth the feeling of leaving knowing you made someone’s day slightly better.

I’m sorry to tell you but that’s mostly the brown kids on university campuses, I won’t take a cab Uber or order any food unless I have a tip to add on top of it. Friend of mine used to deliver dominoes to the universities and never once has she even get a dollar, we apologize and we do tip have a blessed day..
