According to scientific research, it takes the average person around 1.5 seconds to react to the previous (nonsensical) statement. Information takes time to process and the human brain takes time to react to this information. Dear MRJ one thing I noticed is Deceleration not only depend on wind resistance, you didn’t factor in the heat generated by breaking (conversion of kinetic energy to heat energy while breaking). This is the biggest make or brake factor for breaking distance after the reaction time. This is how Bigger brake disks and high piston breaks calipers and pad material and disk material effect on breaking distance. Maybe you forgot about this.
