I agree only because the Glazers ruined United...but Americans have owned Arsenal for over a decade and now Liverpool and Aston Villa. While I'm American I would prefer if no Americans bought Football clubs. It will always be business first for them. They simply don't have the passion for the sport. In terms of United and Chelsea, Glazers are clueless and Boehly is too egotistical. Boehly also owns Strasbourg so we will see how that works out.

You can’t say that the HC model doesn’t work ffs - that’s the model that Abramovich ran and Chelsea won everything they’ve got under him - you either hire the HC as a Manager who has more influence over the buying and selling of players or a HC who just coaches the players he is given - I think City and Liverpool have “Managers” and Arsenal and Spurs are moving more towards that model - the position at Man U and Chelsea suggests they are still with a HC model - the problem as I see it is the cost of hiring the players which just goes up and up - given the average term of a Prem HC is probably 4 to 5 years if not lower then that is clearly a potentially expensive problem that needs to be addressed - I.e. will the incoming HC be happy with the players he inherits? - I think this is why PL clubs moved more towards a European style of structure where the HC has only a small amount of influence over transfers but it hasn’t worked and now the dial is being moved more towards HCs having far more control over transfers like the old style Managers used to

Lol. What was it then? Family issues? I know Cundy needs to ponder to Chelsea so they keep inviting him to gigs but cmon. Poch wasn't happy with recruitment, they probably told him they will sell his players ... he was unhappy so they agreed the "mutual" agreement to get him out. It's only called mutual so that they wouldn't have to sack him and pay off his contract. They agreed a fee for him to walk away - that's the mutual part or it. đŸ€·â€â™‚ïž

      We aren't arsenal or spurs
      Grow up
Chelsea were 10th in 2016 and found a way to beat Klopp and Pep for the 2017 title
      Where was arsenal
Some might argue pep was then building
Chelsea still won the champs league at his Ăšxpense 5 years after building an elite city team. Do you think Chelsea would have achieved these with Chalobahs and Gallaghers. No point debating this

No proper coach would fight his board coz of players as such. How many club trained players are in city's first eleven. Only Foden right... what about Arsenal none I guess. Who were the top 2. So where from this club trained bias. Check our successful teams with the exception of Mount and James How many were club trained and these two were highly rated (proper ballers) than Gallagher and Chalobah

Hazard Pedro(Gallagher in attacking mid how)
      Costa
      In 3-4-2-1
      Conte
      Please stop the bias

Some people, including the board and yourself, have no clue how hard it is to put together an inexperienced team of young players and try and compete in the toughest football league in the world.. What Poch has done with a very inexperienced team is impressive. The team were playing well at the end of the season and had picked up the fourth most points since December. The board are obviously too clueless to even realise this and think somehow and inexperienced young manager can pull together an inexperienced team. Several steps backwards no doubt. Spending cash doesn't equate to success. Poch left because he's not a spineless yes man.
